A plasma reactor, configured to process low temperature plasma, includes: a rotating reactor, a fixed reactor, and a master tube. An end of the master tube is connected to two branched tubes, one of the two branched tubes is connected to the rotating reactor, and the other one of the two branched tubes is connected to the fixed reactor. When a flow rate of inlet gas is less than a threshold defined by a flow detector, all the gas enters the rotating reactor from one of the two branched tubes. When the flow rate of the inlet gas is greater than the threshold of the flow detector, a valve is configured to operate to allow a part of the inlet gas that exceeds the threshold to enter the fixed reactor from the other one of the two branched tubes.

Plasma reactor having array of coaxial multiple pins and processing low temperature plasma at high efficiency

Provided are a lithium nickel manganese oxide composite material, a preparation method thereof and a lithium ion battery. The preparation method includes: a first calcining process is performed on a nano-oxide and a nickel-manganese precursor, to obtain an oxide-coated nickel-manganese precursor; and a second calcining process is performed on the precursor and a lithium source material, to obtain the lithium nickel manganese oxide, and a temperature of the first calcining process is lower than the second calcining process. A a lower temperature, the nano-oxide may be melted, a denser nano-oxide coating layer is formed on the surface of the precursor, so the oxide-coated nickel-manganese precursor is obtained. At a higher temperature, the nano-oxide, a nickel-manganese material and a lithium element may be more deeply combined. A problem that the nano-oxide layer is easy to fall off is solved, and cycle performance of the lithium nickel manganese oxide is greatly improved.

A dielectric barrier discharging tube, which has a synergistic column of needle electrodes to utilize a plurality of channels to adsorb catalysts, is provided. The dielectric barrier discharging tube includes: a quartz tube, a high-voltage pole, an inner electrode, and a plurality discharging needle sets. Two catalytic blocks are arranged respectively on two sides of each set discharging needles. Each catalytic block defines at least one inclined inner channel and at least one inclined outer channel. A higher end of each channel faces towards the discharging needle, and a lower end of each channel faces towards the discharging needle.

A dielectric barrier discharge tube includes a quartz tube, the middle of the quartz tube is sleeved with a high-voltage electrode, an inner electrode is arranged in the quartz tube, a drive fan is arranged at the end of the inner electrode, a discharging needle set is arranged on the surface of the inner electrode, and a spiral discharging wire is suspended and arranged at the tip of the discharging needle set. After a high voltage electric field is applied to the high voltage electrode, the discharging needle set and the spiral discharging wire discharge, the discharging needle set and the spiral discharging wire discharge at different time points. When the gas passes through the driving fan, the flow direction of the gas is changed. A cyclone can be generated to drive the gas to flow towards the discharging area.

Needle-based synergistic double helix electrode dielectric barrier discharging tube

A two-dimensional motor and a servo valve are provided. The two-dimensional motor includes a stator and a rotator arranged coaxially. The stator is enclosed in the rotor. The stator and the rotor are spaced along a radial direction of the rotor. A size of the stator along an axial direction is greater than a size of the rotor along the axial direction. The rotor is, without bearing support, directly connected to an external mechanism. The rotor is swung at a predetermined angle, such that the external mechanism can drive the rotor to move along an axial direction of the rotor relative to the stator.

The two-dimensional piston pump includes: a flow distribution mechanism including a flow distribution rotor and a pump body, a piston mechanism including a left cam and a right cam; a roller assembly including a roller and a roller shaft, and a pump housing, a left end cover, and a right end cover.

A low-temperature plasma reactor having an adaptive rotating electrode includes a frame. A reaction tube is arranged inside the frame. A fixing cover is arranged on each of two sides of the frame. The fixing cover defines a through hole communicating with an inside of the reaction tube. The through hole in one of the two sides serves as an air inlet hole, and the through hole in the other one of the two sides serves as an air outlet hole. A rotatable inner electrode is arranged inside the reaction tube, a plurality of groups of discharging needles are arranged on a surface of the inner electrode. A rotating fan is arranged on the inner electrode and is disposed on a side of the air inlet hole. The gas flow drives the inner electrode and the discharging needles to rotate, and a motor drive is not required.

Low temperature plasma reactor having adaptive rotating electrode

An electro-hydraulic servo valve, which has an adjustable null position and can be directly driven by the motor, is provided and includes four parts: a slide valve assembly, a two-dimensional motor, a magnet resetting-to-null mechanism, and a displacement sensor, and the four parts are set coaxially arranged. The slide valve assembly is a conventional two-dimensional servo valve structure. The two-dimensional motor may directly drive the valve core to rotate to further control a size of an opening opened by a valve. The magnet resetting-to-null mechanism is configured to reset the valve to the null position. The displacement sensor may monitor a position of the valve core in real-time and feedback signals to achieve closed-loop controlling.
