A backlight module includes a light guide plate (LGP) comprising an incident surface, an emergent surface, and a reflective surface, a reflecting plate, a diffuser, a prismatic lens group, a rim tape layer, a light source, and a shading layer. The shading layer corresponds to an incident surface of the diffuser. The shading layer comprises a middle portion and side portions separated from the middle portion, and a length of the middle portion is greater than lengths of the side portions. Each of the side portions are fixed on two sides to the diffuser and the rim tape layer, respectively. The middle portion is fixed on only one side, the one side of the middle portion being fixed to the rim tape layer.

The backlight module includes: a pulse width modulation (PWM) control circuit, a driving circuit, a first white LED set and a second white LED set; the PWM control circuit being connected to the driving circuit, and the driving circuit being connected to the first white LED set and the second white LED set respectively; the PWM control circuit being for controlling the driving circuit to drive the first white LED set and the second white LED set to emit light; in which the first white LED set and the second white LED set having different chroma.

The present invention provides square seal, a manufacture method of square seal and a manufacture method of a backlight module. The square seal utilizes the roulette design. As being assembled, the redundant material outside the roulette is removed along the roulette to obtain the square seal of narrow frame so that the square seal achieves the narrow frame without the issues of overflow seal and waste material adhesion. The square seal can be easily separated from the waste material to effectively reduce the defect rate. In the manufacture method of the square seal according to the present invention, the square seal inner frame line is first cut on the seal body film material, and then the dotted roulette is formed at position of the square seal outer frame line is pre formed, and finally, the circle of the square seal reserved outer frame line is cut at the periphery of the roulette.

Square seal, manufacture method of square seal and manufacture method of backlight module

The present disclosure discloses a backlight module and the manufacturing method thereof. The backlight module comprises a substrate, a plastic frame, a light guide plate, and a film set. The plastic frame is formed on the substrate through printing, which forms a housing space together with the substrate. The light guide plate and the film set are sequentially stacked in the housing space. The backlight module according to the present disclosure will not affect the display of the liquid crystal display panel during thermal expansion.

Backlight module and the manufacturing method thereof

A liquid crystal display device is provided. The liquid crystal display device includes a plastic frame, used to install a liquid crystal display panel. A color of the plastic frame changes from white to black, from a side close to the liquid crystal layer to a side far from the liquid crystal layer, to prevent light leaking. The color of the plastic frame changes gradually from white to black from inside to outside, so as to reduce a thickness of the plastic frame while preventing light leaking.

A backlight board and a liquid crystal display apparatus are disclosed. The backlight module includes a plastic frame and a square-shaped adhesive tape. The plastic frame has an attachment surface on the top surface of the plastic frame. The attachment surface includes a first attachment sub-surface and a second attachment sub-surface. The first attachment sub-surface is parallel with a light-exiting surface; the second attachment sub-surface is connected to an end of the first attachment sub-surface, and is at a predetermined angle in relation to a plane on which the first attachment sub-surface is disposed. A portion of the square-shaped adhesive tape that may extend outwardly from an edge of the plastic frame can be attached to a transitional surface to avoid extending out of the plastic frame.
