Disclosed is a rotational flow rotation deoiling method for oil-based mud rock debris. The method comprises the following steps: (1) System viscosity control, wherein by means of heat exchange between a gas medium and the rock debris, the viscosity of the oil-based mud debris is reduced to reduce the interaction force between oil, water, and the surface and channels of solid particles, thereby facilitating the separation in a rotational flow field; (2) Rotational flow rotation deoiling, wherein the oil-based mud rock debris particles undergo a coupled motion of rotation and revolution, wherein by means of the rotation of the rock debris particles, the centrifugal desorption of oil on the surface of a solid phase, oil in capillaries and oil in pores is enhanced; and by means of the centrifugal force of periodic oscillation generated by the revolution thereof, the separation and enrichment of oil and gas and the solid phase are completed, thereby achieving the removal of the oil phase from the pore channels of the rock debris; and (3) gas-liquid separation and reuse, wherein an oil-containing mixture produced in step (2) is subjected to gas-liquid separation so as to realize the reuse of a base oil, circulation of the gas medium, and a harmless treatment of the rock debris; and a rotational flow rotation deoiling device for oil-based mud rock debris is further comprised.

Rotational flow rotation deoiling method and device for oil-based mud rock debris

A method and apparatus for hydrocracking mineralized refuse pyrolysis oil. The method may use the following steps: (a) crushing and pyrolyzing mineralized refuse to obtain arene and alkane precursor biomass oil; (b) hydrogenating the arene and alkane precursor biomass oil obtained in step (a), and separating the obtained hydrocrackate to obtain arene and alkane; and (c) purifying, recovering and optimizing the arene and alkane obtained in step (b), and performing deep processing to produce naphtha, jet fuel, light diesel oil, and heavy diesel oil.

The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for treating, sorting and recycling an oil-containing discharged catalyst. There is provided a method for treating, sorting and recycling an oil-containing discharged catalyst, wherein the method comprises the following steps: (A) cyclonic washing and on-line activation of a discharged catalyst; (B) cyclonic spinning solvent stripping of the catalyst; (C) gas stream acceleration sorting of a high activity catalyst; (D) cyclonic restriping and particle capture of the high activity catalyst; and (E) cooling of the gas and condensation removal of the solvent. There is further provided an apparatus for treating, sorting and recycling an oil-containing discharged catalyst.

Method and apparatus for treating, sorting and recycling oil-containing discharged catalyst

A method and a device for synchronous high-speed photographing of microparticle rotation in a liquid cyclone field and for determining the rotation velocity of a microparticle in a liquid cyclone field by using a combination of a synchronous high-speed photographing system and a transparent microparticle containing two centrosymmetrically arranged inner cores having the same diameter. The method comprises: using a transparent microparticle comprising two inner cores having the same diameter and arranged centrosymmetrically as a rotation test particle; acquiring synchronously two groups of two dimensional image series of microparticle motion in a liquid cyclone field using two orthogonally arranged high-speed digital cameras; and reconstructing a three dimensional motion trajectory of the microparticle from the two groups of synchronous image series, and determining a rotation velocity of the microparticle in the cyclone field at the same time.
