The outer shell is a graphitized carbon film, and the inner core contains nickel oxide and alumina, with a nickel oxide content of 59%-80%, an alumina content of 19%-40%, and a carbon content of not more than 1%, based on the total weight of the nanocomposite. The process for catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds may utilize the nanocomposite as a catalyst.

The shell layer of the core-shell structure is a graphitized carbon layer doped with oxygen and/or nitrogen, and the core of the core-shell structure is a transition metal nanoparticle. The nanocomposite material has a structure rich in mesopores, is an adsorption/catalyst material with excellent performance, can be used for catalyzing various hydrogenation reduction reactions, or used as a catalytic-oxidation catalyst useful for the treatment of volatile organic compounds in industrial exhaust gases.

The heteroatom-containing nano-carbon material shows a good catalytic capability in dehydrogenation of hydrocarbons.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a recognition device and an alignment system. The recognition device is configured to recognize an alignment mark on a display substrate and comprises a camera unit and a light source unit. The camera unit is configured to shoot the alignment mark, and the light source unit is configured to radiate emitted light onto the alignment mark. The recognition device further comprises a light processing unit configured to process light emitted from the light source unit so that the luminance of the light irradiated onto the alignment mark is greater than that of the light emitted from the light source unit. Through the arrangement of the light processing unit, the recognition device enables the luminance of the light irradiated onto the alignment mark to be greater than that of the light emitted from the light source unit.

A full-text lattice indexing and searching system and method for indexing word lattices using a text indexer to enable enhance searching of audio content. The system and method utilize a Time-Anchored Lattice Expansion (TALE) method that represents word lattices such that they can be indexed with existing text indexers with little or no modification. Embodiments of system and method include an indexing module for generating and indexing word lattices based on audio content and a searching module for allowing searching of a full-text index containing indexed word lattices. The indexing module includes a custom IFilter and a custom Wordbreaker. Embodiments of the searching module include an ExpandQuery function for decorating an input query and a custom Stemmer. Embodiments of the searching module also include a GenerateSnippets module that extracts information from the indexed word lattices to enable the creation of clickable snippets.

Indexing and searching audio using text indexers

A generalized discriminative training framework for reconciling the training and evaluation objectives for document similarity is provided. Prior information about document relations and non-relations, are used to discriminatively train an ensemble of document similarity classification models. This result is a model set that can be used to compute similarity between seen documents in the training sets and new documents. The measure of similarity forms the basis of recommending documents to a user as well as being able to obtain metadata information such as keywords and tags for new documents not having such information.
