A 3D printing method for binary stereolithography 3D printer includes following steps of: controlling a binary stereolithography 3D printer () to retrieve a plurality of gray-scale slice images (); mapping a pixel value of each pixel of each gray-scale slice images () from a pixel value full range to an accumulation value range for obtaining a printing parameter of each pixel; selecting one of the gray-scale slice images () orderly; controlling a binary lighting module () of the binary stereolithography 3D printer () to irradiate for generating a layer of physical slice model () according to the printing parameter of each pixel of the selected gray-scale slice image (); and repeatedly executing aforementioned steps to generate a physical 3D model (') constituted by a stack of multiple of the physical slice models ().

3D printing method for binary stereolithography 3D printer

A three-dimensional printing apparatus and a three-dimensional printing method are provided. The three-dimensional printing apparatus includes a tank, an injection module, a platform movably disposed above the bottom of the tank, a curing module, and a control module. The tank has a forming area and a separating area in a stepped manner on a bottom thereof, and the forming area is higher than the separating area. The injection module includes a storage tank and an injection pipe connected thereto, and a forming material is filled therein to be applied to the forming area. The curing module is disposed beside the tank or the platform to cure the forming material between the platform and the forming area to be a curing layer. The control module is electrically connected to the injection module, the curing module, and at least one of the tank and the platform to perform a relative movement.

Three-dimensional printing apparatus and three-dimensional printing method

A stereolithography 3D printing method for multiple light modules includes following steps of: controlling a stereolithography 3D printer to retrieve a plurality of slice images and offsets respectively corresponding to different layers of 3D object data; selecting one of the slice images corresponding to one of the layers; adjusting an irradiation range of each of light modules according to one of the offsets corresponding to the same layer; the adjusted irradiation ranges of the light modules don't overlap with each other in a horizontal axis direction; controlling each light module to irradiate according to the adjusted irradiation range and the selected slice image; and, repeatedly executing aforementioned steps to generate a physical 3D model. Therefore, effectively implementing large size stereolithography 3D printing and manufacturing the physical 3D model without any obvious borderline can be achieved.

Stereolithography 3D printing method for multiple light modules

An integrated 3D printing system () includes a server () and multiple 3D printers () respectively implementing different printing types. The server () opens up a 3D object () which is consisted of multiple separable sub-objects (-) through a graphic user interface (GUI,). The GUI () obtains a designated characteristic of each sub-object (-) for performing a characteristic-classification to the multiple sub-objects (-). The server () provides a plurality of configuration tools (-) through a processor (). Each of the plurality of configuration tools (-) performs a slicing process on the sub-object (-) with the corresponding characteristic for generating slicing data, and transmits the slicing data with the corresponding characteristic to one of the multiple 3D printers () with a corresponding printing type for being printed.

Integrated 3D printing system

An aided design method of print layers for 3D printing is provided. The method is performed for rendering and displaying a GUI at a computer apparatus, selecting one of print layers, configuring an editable region and marking it on the GUI, configuring one or more print block(s) in the editable region according to an edit operation, generating one of multiple layers of object print data according to the print block(s) and performing above-mentioned steps repeatedly until all of the multiple layers of the object print data have been generated. The present disclosed example has an ability to aid the user to design multiple print layers and reducing a probability of failure of printing 3D physical model.

Aided design method of print layers for 3D printing

A three-dimensional (3D) printing apparatus includes a tank containing a forming material in liquid, a platform dipped into or moved away the forming material, a curing device disposed besides the tank or the platform, and a control device electrically connected to at least one of the tank and the platform and the curing device. An inner bottom of the tank includes a forming area and a peeling area in a stepped shape, and the forming area is higher than the peeling area. A 3D printing method includes providing the 3D printing apparatus, then the liquid-state forming material between the platform and the forming area is cured to form a solidification layer. Afterwards, a position and an occupied proportion of the solidification layer corresponding to the inner bottom, and a movement range of a relative movement is determined according thereto so as to completely peel off the solidification layer.

Three-dimensional printing method

The invention relates to a 3-D printing apparatus including a tank, a platform, a fixture, a solidifying module and a control module. The tank is flexible and filled with a liquid-state forming material. The platform is disposed in the tank. The control module drives the fixture to deform the tank, so as to form a first gap between the platform and a bottom of the tank for the liquid-state forming material to flow in. The solidifying module in controlled by the control module to solidify the liquid-state forming material between the platform and the bottom of the tank, so as to form a solidified layer. The invention can effectively reduce a processing time for manufacturing each solidified layer, such that an overall processing time can be reduced to achieve preferable molding efficiency.

3-D printing apparatus

A stereolithography color 3D printing method applied to a stereolithography color 3D printer () having a light module (), a coloring module () and a curing platform () is provided. The method is to lower the curing platform () a default height (h), operate the light module () to irradiate stereolithography materials () on the curing platform () for curing the stereolithography materials () and manufacturing one layer of slice physical model () according to one layer of object print data, operate the coloring module () to color the slice physical model (), and perform above-mentioned operations repeatedly until a color 3D physical model has been manufactured. Therefore, better printing performance can be achieved and colored 3D physical model with high definition can be manufactured by combining the stereolithography technology with the auto-coloring technology.

Stereolithography color 3D printing method

A method and an apparatus of three-dimensional (3D) printing and an electronic apparatus are provided. The 3D printing method is adapted for printing a 3D object and includes the following. A plurality of layer objects of a 3D model are obtained, and a plurality of two-dimensional images, which correspond to a slice plane, of each of the layer objects are generated. The layer objects include a first layer object and a second layer object. When a comparison relationship between a two-dimensional image of the first layer object and a two-dimensional image of the second layer object matches a stack condition, the first layer object and the second layer object are stacked to generate thickness stack information of a stack object. A printing mechanism is initiated according to the thickness stack information so as to print a 3D object associated with the 3D model.

Method and apparatus of three-dimensional printing and electronic apparatus

A three-dimensional printing apparatus and a printing method thereof are provided. The three-dimensional printing apparatus includes a tank, a movable platform, a light source module, and a controller. The bottom of the tank includes an irradiated area and a non-irradiated area. The movable platform is movably disposed above the tank. The light source module is disposed under the tank and only provides light to the irradiated area to irradiate a liquid-formation material. The controller controls the movable platform to move along a first axis direction, such that at least one layer object of a three-dimensional object is cured on the movable platform layer by layer. The layer object is composed of object sections. During a period of forming one layer object, the controller controls the movable platform to move on a horizontal plane, such that the object sections of the layer object are cured sequentially above the irradiated area.

Three dimensional printing apparatus and printing method thereof

A three dimensional structure including a casing and a plurality of filling members is provided. The casing has a first opening. The filling members are disposed inside of the casing for supporting the casing, such that a plurality of hollow portions is defined by the casing and the filling members. The first opening connects between one of the hollow portions and the external environment, and the filling member located between two adjacent hollow portions has at least one second opening for connecting the two adjacent hollow portions. A three dimensional printing method is also provided.

A three-dimensional (3D) printing module including a tank filled with a liquid forming material, a top cover assembled on the tank to close the tank, a modeling platform assembled to the cover, and a first tenon movably disposed in the cover is provided. The modeling platform is immersed in the liquid forming material in the tank. When the first tenon is driven along a second axis, the cover and the modeling platform are driven along a first axis to open the tank. A 3D printing apparatus is also provided.

Three-dimensional printing module and three-dimensional printing apparatus using the same

A method for controlling a three-dimensional printing apparatus and a three-dimensional printing system are provided. The method is applicable to controlling a tank of the three-dimensional printing apparatus and includes the following steps. A plurality of layer objects of a three-dimensional object are obtained according to a three-dimensional model, and the layer objects include a first layer object. A structural friability level of the first layer object is obtained according to cross-section information and a printing sequence of the first layer object. A swing velocity of the tank is determined according to the structural friability level. The tank is controlled to swing according to the swing velocity corresponding to the first layer object, such that the cured first layer object is separated from a bottom of the tank.

Method for controlling three-dimensional printing apparatus and three-dimensional printing system

A three dimensional printing apparatus and method for detecting printing anomaly are provided. The method is adapted to the three dimensional printing apparatus including an image sensor module and a movable platform. The three dimensional printing apparatus forms a plurality of layer objects on the movable platform according to three dimensional model information so as to build a three dimensional object including the layer objects. The method for detecting printing anomaly includes following steps. At least one object image is captured according to at least one view angle by using the image sensor module. At least one checking image associated with the layer objects is obtained according to the three dimensional model information and the view angle. Whether the object image and the checking image are matched to each other or not is determined through comparing the object image and the checking image.

Three dimensional printing apparatus and method for detecting printing anomaly

A cleaning apparatus is used for a carrier and a model is fixed on the carrier. The cleaning apparatus includes a case body, a sprinkling unit, a switching valve, and a rotating mechanism. The case body has an opening disposed at a top thereof, an outlet disposed at a bottom thereof, and a receiving space disposed between the opening and the outlet. The sprinkling unit is installed in the case body and has plural nozzles configured corresponding to the receiving space. The switching valve is installed at the outlet to open or close the outlet. The rotating mechanism is configured corresponding to the opening and connected to the carrier and is able to drive the carrier in which the model passes through the opening and is disposed in the receiving space. Thus, the safety, stability, and convenience of the model clean-up are improved.
