Semiconductor device package and a method of manufacturing the same

The present invention discloses a method for fabricating an electrochromic device, which adopts the vacuum cathodic arc-plasma deposition to comprise five layers with an ionic conduction layer (electrolyte) in contact with an electrochromic (EC) layer and an ion storage (complementary) layer, all sandwiched between two transparent conducting layers sequentially on a substrate. The method owns superior deposition efficiency and the fabricated thin film structures have higher crystalline homogeneity. In addition, thanks to the nanometer pores in the thin film structures, the electric capacity as well as the ion mobility are greater. Consequently, the reaction efficiency for bleaching or coloring is enhanced.

Method for fabricating electrochromic device

The present invention relates to a solid oxide fuel cell stack modular structure, in that, being an integration of a plurality of fuel cell modules, it can determine the amount of fuel cell modules to be stacked in the modular structure according to an actual power output demand while ensuring airtightness in the modular structure, and moreover, with the modularization design, each fuel cell module in the modular structure that is malfunctioning can be detached and removed easily from the stack individually so as to be replaced by another operative fuel cell module.

Solid oxide fuel cell stack modular structure

A structure of fuel cell assembly is disclosed. A flow channel plate with a plurality of flow fields is respectively disposed on two sides of a fuel cell unit. A plurality of graphic electrodes is arranged on two sides of the fuel cell unit and the flow field matches the graphic electrodes. Thus water generated from reaction of the fuel cell is removed and further reduction of the performance of the fuel cell is avoided. Moreover, fuel is distributed more uniformly over reaction area of the cell. And the number of fuel cells stacked per unit volume is increased. Therefore, the efficiency of the fuel cell is improved.

Structure of fuel cell assembly

A method for manufacturing membrane electrode assembly of fuel cell includes positioning an ion exchange membrane that is cleaned and trimmed to a predetermined size in advance to a base plate, mounting the base plate to a printing platform, attaching a printing plate to the platform, coating a catalyst solution on the printing plate with a scraper, printing the catalyst solution onto the ion exchange membrane with the scraper, heating the ion exchange with a heating board to a temperature of 70&#x2013;80&#xb0; C., and waiting for the ion exchange membrane to return flat to complete the coating of the catalyst solution on the ion exchange membrane. The printing and heating steps are repeated for both anode and cathode of the ion exchange membrane. The ion exchange membrane is further subject to hot pressing and then a piece of carbon cloth is positioned on the catalyst coating to serve as a diffusion layer. This completes the manufacturing of the membrane electrode assembly.
