A hydrogen-free carbon film polymer lubricating material and a preparation method and use thereof are disclosed. In the method, a graphite target is used as the target material, and a magnetron sputtering deposition is performed on a surface of the polymer substrate, thereby physically depositing and forming a hydrogen-free carbon film on the surface of the polymer substrate, thereby obtaining a hydrogen-free carbon film polymer lubricating material.

Irradiation-resistant and anti-wear hydrogen-free carbon film on polymer surface and preparation method and use thereof

An apparatus comprises processing circuitry to perform data processing in response to instructions fetched from an instruction cache, an instruction prefetcher to speculatively prefetch instructions into the instruction cache, and a branch predictor having at least one branch prediction structure to store branch prediction data for predicting at least one branch property of an instruction fetched for processing by the processing circuitry. On prefetching of a given instruction into the instruction cache by the instruction prefetcher, the branch predictor is configured to perform a prefetch-triggered update of the branch prediction data based on information derived from the given instruction prefetched by the instruction prefetcher. This can help to improve performance, especially for workloads with a high branch density and large branch re-reference interval.

Branch predictor

At least one processor core has debug and non-debug modes of operation. Debug control circuitry controls operation of the at least one processor core when in the debug mode. On power up of a given processor core, the core checks a debug status value stored in a debug status storage element. When the debug status value has a first value, a debug connect sequence of messages is exchanged with the debug control circuitry over a debug interface to determine whether the given processor core should operate in the debug mode or the non-debug mode, and the debug status value is set to a second value when it is determined that the given processor core should operate in the non-debug mode. When the debug status value has the second value, the given processor core omits initiating the debug connect sequence and determines that it should operate in the non-debug mode.

Apparatus and method using debug status storage element

The invention provides an anthracene-based organic dye and a preparation method thereof. The organic dye provided by the invention has a structure of formula (I) or formula (II), wherein R, R, and Rto Rare as defined herein. The organic dye provided by the invention is obtained by modifying an anthracene with Rand Ror modifying anthracene-based groups decorated with an aryl group or a heteroaryl group with Rand R, thereby the power conversion efficiency of a dye sensitized solar cell is significantly improved when the organic dye prepared according to the present invention is applied in a dye-sensitized solar cell. Furthermore, the preparation method of the organic dye according to the present invention is quite simple together with abundant raw materials and low cost, making it possible to be commercialized.

Anthracene-based organic dyes and preparation methods thereof

The present invention relates to novel compounds that are useful as ligands in organometallic dyes. More particularly, the invention relates to dyes comprising the compounds, said dyes being sensitizing dyes useful in solar cell technology. According to an embodiment, the present invention discloses new ruthenium dyes and their application in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSC). The referred ruthenium dyes with new structural features can be easily synthesized, show more than 85% light-to-electricity conversion efficiency and a higher than 9% cell efficiency.

High molecular extinction coefficient metal dyes

The present invention provides an organic dye, a process for producing the same and the use thereof. The organic dye has the structure of formula (I) or formula (II). The regulation of the molecular energy levels and three-dimensional structures are achieved by ring-merging phenanthrocarbazole and an electron-rich thiophene unit as well as by selecting appropriate substituents. Thereby, when the organic dye of the present invention is applied to a dye-sensitized solar cell, the power conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the raw materials for the process according to the present invention have plenty of sources with low costs, so that a commercial production can be effected. 

Organic dyes, process for producing the same and use thereof

The present invention refers to using the principal of a room temperature molten ionic liquid, to an electrolyte, to devices comprising the ionic liquid co-melting, and to the preparation of a room temperature ionic liquid via various physical and chemical methods. The room temperature molten ionic liquid comprises at least two component salts, at least one of which is not molten at room temperature, but, if combined with another salt, is in the molten state at room temperature.

Eutectic melts

The present invention provides organic dyes having a rigid donor and the process for producing the same. The organic dye has the structure of formula (i) or formula (ii), wherein ris selected from h or c-calkyl; ris selected from h, c-calkyl or c-calkoxy; rand rare independently selected from h, c-calkyl, c-calkoxyphenyl or c-calkylphenyl; x is selected from any one of the groups represented by formulae (a) to (d); y is selected from a group represented by formula (e) or formula (f); in the formula (e), rand rare independently selected from h, f, c-calkyl or c-calkoxyphenyl; ris selected from any one of the groups represented by formulae (g) to (i). The present invention also provides a dye-sensitized solar cell which has a dye layer made from said organic dyes and has a relatively high power conversion efficiency.

A dye sensitized solar cell, wherein a compacting compound whose molecular structure comprises a terminal group, a hydrophobic part and an anchoring group is co-adsorbed together with the dye on the semi-conductive metal oxide layer of the photoanode, forming a dense mixed self-assembled monolayer.

Dye sensitized solar cell

An organic dye and preparation method thereof and dye-sensitized solar cells using this organic dye are provided. The structure of the organic dye molecule is donor-conjugated unit(s)-acceptor. The organic dye with broad spectrum response and high molar-absorption coefficient is obtained by modifying the structure by using various conjugated unit(s) in combination with donor and acceptor. The conditions of preparation of the organic dye are mild and the yield is high, and the organic dye can be used for highly effective dye-sensitized solar cells.

The present invention relates to new organic sensitizer compounds and to photoelectric conversion devices, in particular dye-sensitised solar cells comprising the new sensitizers. 2, 2-bipyridine ligand, sensitizing dye and dye sensitized solar cell

The present invention relates to electrolytes comprising tetracyanoborate and an organic cation as components of electrolytes in electrochemical and/or optoelectronic devices, in particular solar cells. This ionic liquid has low viscosity and can be used as electrolyte in the absence of a solvent. Importantly, the ionic liquid remains stable in solar cells even after prolonged thermal stress at 80&#xb0; C. for 1000 hours. Photovoltaic conversion efficiency remained stable and keeping more than 90% of the initial value.
