A display module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which include a display panel having a display region, and a protective layer attached to a back surface of the display region. Wherein, at least two alignment marks are disposed on peripheral sides of the display region, at least two alignment grooves are defined on peripheral sides of the protective layer, and the alignment grooves respectively one-to-one correspond to the alignment marks to align and attach the protective layer to the back surface of the display region.

A display device is provided. The display device includes a cover plate, a first adhesive layer, a glass layer, a second adhesive layer, and a buffer layer. The first adhesive layer, the glass layer, and the second adhesive layer are sequentially disposed on a side of the cover plate. The glass layer is made of reinforced ultra-thin glass. Peripheral edges of the glass layer are indented with respect to peripheral edges of the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer to form an indented region. The buffer layer is disposed in the indented region.

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) folding display including a back plater, a base substrate, a thin film transistor array layer, an OLED device layer, a thin film encapsulation layer, and a laminated structure sequentially disposed are provided. The laminated structure includes a touch layer including a first touch metal layer and a second touch metal layer, a color filter layer disposed between the first touch metal layer and the second touch metal layer, and a black matrix layer disposed on the first touch metal layer. Use of the adhesive layer is reduced, and an influence of a bending stress of the OLED folding display is improved.

A rare earth-doped double-clad optical fiber includes a rare earth ion-doped fiber core, an inner cladding layer, and an outer cladding layer. A cross section of the inner cladding layer is a non-circular plane including at least two arcuate notches. According to the provided optical fiber, optical processing can be performed on a preform without changing a preform preparation process and a drawing process. The inner cladding is designed to have a non-circular planar structure having a cross section with at least two arcuate notches. While maintaining the same light absorption efficiency of pump light within the cladding layer, a preform polishing process is simplified, a risk of cracking the preform during polishing of multiple surfaces and a risk of contamination of the preform caused by impurities are reduced, wire drawing control precision is better, and comprehensive performance of the optical fiber is improved.

Embodiments of 3D memory structures and methods for forming the same are disclosed. A method for forming a three-dimensional (3D) memory structure includes forming a dielectric layer on a substrate and forming a first plurality of openings in the dielectric layer at a staircase region of the 3D memory structure. The method also includes forming a second plurality of openings in the dielectric layer at a peripheral device region of the 3D memory structure and forming at least one hard mask layer in the first plurality of openings of the staircase region and in the second plurality of openings of the peripheral device region. The method further includes etching the dielectric layer using the at least one hard mask layer to form first and second pluralities of via extension regions in top portions of the respective first and second pluralities of openings. The method further includes disposing a first conductive material in the first and second pluralities of openings to form respective first and second pluralities of contact wires. The method also includes disposing a second conductive material in the first and second pluralities of via extension regions to form first and second pluralities of contact pads and forming first and second pluralities of lead wires on the first and second pluralities of contact pads, respectively.
