A high throughput, efficient, and simplified unloading and packaging systems and methods for large-scale production of pharmaceutical units () using additive manufacturing. The systems and methods may unload, inspect, package, and trace pharmaceutical units, produced by an additive manufacturing system (), that are not damaged or deformed. The unloading and packaging system can include one or more unloading and packaging devices (). The unloading and packaging device can include a modular configuration having modules. Individual modules to be arranged in any relative order, at any location, and with any number in the unloading and packaging device. The flexibility of the modular configuration allows one or more modules to be removed or added at any given time due to, e.g., expansion, downsizing, module repair, module upgrades, etc. High throughput can be achieved by operating unloading and packaging devices independently.

Continuous unloading and packaging system of pharmaceutical additive manufacturing

The present disclosure generally relates to an additive manufacturing system. The system can comprise a material supply module for melting and pressurizing a printing material; a micro-screw printing head comprising: a micro-screw comprising a threaded stem portion and a conical head portion, wherein the threaded stem portion is threaded throughout its length for volume measurement; a sleeve, and a nozzle, wherein a distal end of the nozzle comprises: a conical inner surface, and an outlet port for dispensing the print material, wherein the conical inner surface of the nozzle is configured to be in contact with the conical head portion of the micro-screw to stop dispensing the printing material at the nozzle when the micro-screw printing head is in a closed position; a driving module comprising: a rotation motor for driving a rotating motion of the micro-screw, and an actuator for driving a vertical motion of the micro-screw.

Some embodiments of the disclosure provide a protein for promoting the growth of a pollen tube and a gene PbrTTS1 encoding the protein. The amino acid sequence of the protein is shown in SEQ ID No: 1. The nucleotide sequence of the gene PbrTTS1 encoding the protein is shown in SEQ ID No: 2. Other embodiments of the disclosure provide a primer for amplifying the gene PbrTTS1 encoding the protein. The primer includes a forward primer and a reverse primer. The present invention discloses an imaging device, an imaging method, and an imaging system, belonging to the field of sample image data acquisition and imaging technology. The imaging device includes: a charged particle source, a convergence system, a scanning control system, a detection module, and a spectral analysis module disposed below the detection module, where the detection module includes a plurality of pixelated detector units; and the detection module is provided with a hole thereon. The diffraction pattern is obtained by using the detection module, and the spectral analysis module performs spectral analysis on a charged particle beam passing through the hole, so as to obtain the diffraction pattern and spectral signal simultaneously by one scanning. The imaging method of the present invention is based on a hollow ptychography method, which enables toper form imaging on the diffraction pattern obtained through the detection module, with good imaging effects.

The present invention provides a method, a device and a system for transmitting data, which relate to the field of network technology. A station sends a request-to-send frame to an access point to obtain a channel, at the same time, the access point actively sends a middle-clear-to-send frame, so as to indicate which stations can send data, thereby reducing the time overhead in the data transmission process, improving the flexibility of the system, and avoiding system errors. Specifically, the method includes: an access point AP receives a request-to-send RTS frame sent by a station STA; sends a middle-clear-to-send MCTS frame to a scheduled STA; receives an F frame sent by the scheduled STA according to the MCTS frame; sends a final-clear-to-send FCTS frame to another scheduled STA; and receives data sent by the another scheduled STA according to the FCTS frame. The present invention is applied to data transmission.

The user registration method includes: receiving an invite request that is sent by a registered user of a system through a first system client, where the invite request includes an identifier of an unregistered user of the system; obtaining a temporary account allocated to the unregistered user of the system and valid in the system; sending, according to the identifier of the unregistered user of the system, the temporary account to a terminal used by the unregistered user of the system. By use of the present invention, registered users of one system are capable of interacting with unregistered users of the system.
