A damped compressor used in mobile appliances. The appliances may comprise a compressor which is disposed within a housing and is in fluid communication with a refrigerant system. Within the housing there is an improved damping or stabilizer system which limits movement of electric or mechanical portions, or both, of the compressor within the housing. At startup and shutdown, when oscillations of the components within the housing are generally maximized, the components are limited from contacting the housing internal structure so as to inhibit damage to the compressor and reduce the noise associated with such contact. The components are also damped from movement associated with the mobile application of the compressor.

A mobile cooling box has a box main body and at least one lid for opening the mobile cooling box and providing access to the inside of the mobile cooling box. The mobile cooling box further has at least one handle module located at an outer side surface of the box main body. The handle module comprises a handlebar intended to be grasped by the user, the handle module having a longitudinal axis and two ends, hangers to which the handlebar is attached at its two ends, and brackets at which the hangers are rotatably mounted. The hangers are fixed to the outer side surface of the box main body. The handlebar of the handle module can be swung out and upwards from an unactuated state to an actuated state for carrying the mobile cooling box by the handlebar. Each of the brackets comprises a mounting area and a shielding area. The mounting area faces the outer side surface of the box main body to which the bracket is fixed. The shielding area hides the bangers and the handlebar in the unactuated state of the handle module and in a lateral perspective along the longitudinal axis of the handlebar.

The at least one lid is pivotally attached to the box main body of at least two hinge modules. Each hinge module comprises a pin module having a hinge pin with a front end, a rear end, a longitudinal axis about which the lid is pivotable and predominantly a smooth outer surface of a cylindrical shape. Each hinge module further comprises a bearing module having a hinge bearing accommodating the hinge pin. The hinge pin laterally extends with its front end into the hinge bearing. Thus, during pivoting the lid with respect to the box main body an axis of the hinge bearing remains co-linear with the longitudinal axis of the hinge pin.

A mobile cooling box has a box main body and at least one lid for opening the box and provides access from above to the inside of the box. The mobile cooling box is equipped with a user interface module for operation and control by the user. The user interface module is mounted at the mobile cooling box in a way that a part of it is engaged with a designated opening at the mobile cooling box on one side of the user interface module and fixed with additional fixation means at the other side of the user interface module.

A mobile cooling box has a box main body and at least one lid for providing access to the inside of the mobile cooling box. At one side edge the lid is hinged to the box main body so that the lid is pivotable from a closed position to an open position. The mobile cooling box further has a latch handle module for manually locking and unlocking the lid. The latch handle module is integrated in the lid and located at another side edge of the lid. The latch handle module comprises an actuating element that is manually operable by the user, a locking element that is engageable with a corresponding counterpart located at the box main body in order to lock the lid from being opened and a casing, and the latch handle module provides a mechanism for locking and unlocking the lid. According to the mechanism for locking and unlocking the lid the actuating element and the locking element are mechanically connected to each other and, by operating the actuating element by the user, the locking element disengages with the corresponding counterpart located at the box main body and allows opening the lid.

The present embodiments relate to a handle assembly for a refrigeration apparatus. The handle assembly can be detachably assembled on either side of a cabinet door of the refrigeration apparatus, the handle assembly comprising: a handle, a handle bracket, and an elastic member, wherein the handle comprises a handle portion and an extension on a side of the handle portion, characterized in that the handle is movably assembled in the handle bracket, wherein the handle portion of the handle is assembled in a first portion of the handle bracket, and the extension of the handle is assembled in a second portion of the handle bracket, and a protrusion is disposed at one end of the extension; and the elastic member is assembled in the second portion of the handle bracket, and the extension of the handle is connected with the elastic member. The present embodiments can realize the opening of the cabinet door of the refrigeration apparatus in two directions, thereby overcoming the disadvantage that it is difficult to open the cabinet door of the refrigeration apparatus due to restriction by the opening direction of the cabinet door in a small space, especially in an in-vehicle environment.
