The present application discloses a thermally insulating aerogel vacuum composite panel and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) mixing TEOS solution and a metal particle, adding a hydrophobic agent, mixing, adding ammonium trifluoroacetate solution dropwise until completely gelating to obtain a metal aerogel precursor; (2) adding the metal aerogel precursor into an acid replacement solution for replacement for 1-24 h to obtain a gel; (3) washing the gel with deionized water to obtain a neutral gel; (4) soaking the neutral gel obtained in step (3) in a first organic resin solvent; (5) pouring the neutral gel into a substrate with honeycomb structure, and aging for re-gelating to obtain a modified panel; (6) drying the modified panel to obtain a honeycomb panel; and (7) aging the honeycomb panel at room temperature for 1-24 h to obtain the vacuum composite panel.

In this way, the epidermis layer to be treated and an inner wall of the patching recess can be simultaneously heated at the first preset temperature, the epidermis layer to be treated and the inner wall of the patching recess are consistent in temperature, and a connection strength between the epidermis layer to be treated and the inner wall of the patching recess is enhanced.

A method for predicting dummy head injury during an automobile collision includes: enabling a dummy head to collide with a rigid flat plate; obtaining a first data set in a collision process; calculating the maximum contact force of the dummy head and the rigid flat plate in the collision process according to the first data set; dividing a duration of the collision process into a plurality of time intervals; and calculating an injury value of the dummy head in each time interval according to the maximum contact force, and selecting the maximum injury value as a target injury value. The method provided by the present application may realize prediction for the head injury under different scene working conditions, and has the advantages of being simple in test flow, and high in prediction precision.

The disclosure discloses a mounting member including two support rails extending side by side. The two support rails include a first section and a second section in an extension direction thereof. The first section is adapted to carry a device with a first size, and the second section is adapted to carry a device with a second size. Grooves are provided on a top surface of the support rails so as to avoid interference between the bottom surface of the device and the top surface of the support rails. The disclosure also discloses a device assembly including a plurality of devices and the mounting member. The mounting member of the present disclosure allows the plurality of devices to be directly mounted on the two support rails without the need of additional support rails or spacers, thereby reducing the number of parts and improving the integrity and ease of installation of the device assembly.

The present invention discloses a three-component mixed working fluid for an ICE waste heat recovery power cycle, wherein the three-component mixed working fluid consists of carbon dioxide, pentane and a refrigerant, the refrigerant is a high-performance environment-friendly refrigerant with GWP value which is lower than 1000 and ODP value which is 0, and the refrigerant is one selected from a group consisting of difluoromethane, fluoroethane and 1,1-difluoroethane; according to the selected refrigerants, the mass percentage of each component is as follow: the mass percentage of CO, pentane and difluoromethane are 30-70, 10-20, and 10-60; the mass percentage of CO, pentane and fluoroethane are 30-70/10-20/10-50; the mass percentage of CO, pentane and 1,1-difluoroethane are 10-70/10-30/10-60. The present invention has good environmental performance, safety performance and thermodynamic performance, and the thermal efficiency is higher than 12% of prior art; and the present invention further has good ability of synergistically recovering waste heat of engine coolant and gas, thus reaching 100% utilization rate of engine coolant, and more than 60% utilization rate of gas. The critical temperature of the three-component mixture is obviously higher than that of CO, the cooling conditions of the system are relaxed, and the conditions for the waste heat recovery system for vehicles are satisfied.
