Disclosed is a vacuum insulator, comprising: a metal plate; a glass plate arranged facing and spaced apart from the metal plate; and a sealing structure arranged between the metal plate and the glass plate for fixing the metal plate and the glass plate in a sealed manner, with a vacuum cavity being defined between the metal plate and the glass plate. The vacuum insulator is impact-resistant, has a stable structure, and can be independently used for manufacturing an insulated container. The insulated container having the vacuum insulator is also involved.

The heating device includes: a cylinder body, in which a heating cavity is defined and configured to place an object to be processed; an electromagnetic generating module, configured to generate an electromagnetic wave signal; a radiating antenna, electrically connected with the electromagnetic generating module to generate electromagnetic waves of a corresponding frequency in the heating cavity according to the electromagnetic wave signal, so as to heat the object to be processed in the heating cavity; and a signal processing and measurement and control circuit, electrically connected with the electromagnetic generating module and disposed outside the cylinder body. The size of the available space inside the heating cavity is greatly increased, thereby increasing the space utilization rate of the heating cavity.

Disclosed are a foaming material, a thermal insulation cabinet, and preparation methods therefor. The foaming material comprises 100 parts of a combined polyol, 10-30 parts of a foaming agent composition, and 120-150 parts of an isocyanate. In the present invention, the type of the polyol used in a foaming system is adjusted in order to increase the content of a polyester polyol and reduce the content of a polyether polyol, such that the compressive strength of the foaming material is significantly improved without increasing or changing the injection amount.

The cabinet comprises a housing, and two inner liners disposed spaced-apart in the housing, spaces between the two inner liners and the housing being different wherein the cabinet further comprises a first stress relief member adhered to an inner side of the housing, and wherein the first stress relief member is located at a position of the housing corresponding to a spacing area between the two inner liners; when the thermal insulation layer undergoes thermal expansion and cold contraction, the first stress relief member can buffer a difference of stresses generated by the thermal insulation layers around the two inner liners to the housing, thereby preventing the housing from deformation.

The temperature sensing device includes a signal sensing part (171) and a processor (172), wherein the signal sensing part (171) is configured to sense specific parameters of an incident wave signal and a reflected wave signal in the cylinder body (110), and the processor (172) is configured to judge whether an average temperature of the object to be processed is in a specific temperature interval according to the specific parameters. A more accurate overall average temperature can be obtained, and the heating progress of the object to be processed can be judged more accurately.

The electromagnetic wave generating system includes an electromagnetic generating module, a radiating assembly and a matching unit connected in series between the electromagnetic generating module and the radiating assembly. The electromagnetic generating module is configured to generate an electromagnetic wave signal. The radiating assembly includes one or more radiating units and is configured to be electrically connected with the electromagnetic generating module to generate electromagnetic waves of a corresponding frequency according to the electromagnetic wave signal. The matching unit includes a first matching module. The first matching module includes a plurality of fixed value inductors connected in series between the electromagnetic generating module and the radiating assembly, and a plurality of parallel branches, wherein each parallel branch of the first matching module includes a fixed value capacitor and a switch connected in series. The input ends of the plurality of parallel branches of the first matching module are respectively connected in series between two adjacent inductors and between an end inductor and the radiating assembly, and the output ends thereof are all configured to be grounded, so as to match a load more accurately after receiving an adjusting command.

Provided is a heating device. The heating device includes a cylinder body, a door body, an electromagnetic generating module and a radiating antenna. A heating chamber having a pick-and-place opening is defined in the cylinder body, and the heating chamber is configured to place an object to be processed. The door body is disposed at the pick-and-place opening and configured to open and close the pick-and-place opening. The electromagnetic generating module is configured to generate an electromagnetic wave signal. The radiating antenna is disposed in the cylinder body and electrically connected with the electromagnetic generating module to generate electromagnetic waves of a corresponding frequency according to the electromagnetic wave signal. The radiating antenna is configured to arch in a direction close to the object to be processed so as to eliminate the influence of an edge effect on the distribution uniformity of the electromagnetic waves in the heating chamber, and increase the energy density and distribution range of the electromagnetic waves while solving the problem of the production cost and improving the distribution uniformity of the electromagnetic waves.

The device comprises a substrate, a drift region, a well region, a trench gate, a heavily-doped region, and an electrode positioned on the heavily-doped region. The vacuum adiabatic body comprises: a first plate, the first plate having a first thickness; a second plate spaced apart from the first plate in an opposite manner, the second plate having a second thickness, and the first thickness being greater than the second thickness; and sealing members arranged between the first plate and the second plate and configured to seal and fix the first plate and the second plate, a vacuum cavity being defined among the first plate, the second plate, and the sealing members. According to the vacuum adiabatic body, convection heat transfer can be reduced by vacuumizing between two plates which are sealingly connected; and the whole vacuum insulation body is stable in structure and not too heavy.
