A task-level cooperative optimization dispatching method supporting multi-cloud disconnection disaster recovery is provided. Since cooperative dispatching is required for different resource requirements in the abnormal stage of a network, a cooperative computing system is formed by nodes of a production shop, production tasks are transmitted and processed between the nodes according to technological requirements, and task-level cooperative optimization dispatching is conducted through a CoopDispatch method in case of disconnection to ensure continuous production. The CoopDispatch method has the characteristic of high dependence on specific resources for manufacturing tasks. Data transmission, storage and calculation are achieved through a LocalAny mechanism, which can reduce task delay, improve the cooperation efficiency among the tasks and satisfy the needs of manufacturing enterprises for disconnection disaster recovery in the multi-cloud mode.

In the method, a dynamic online de-noising method is adopted to remove noise contained in speeds to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of de-noising results; for the displacement integrated online, an efficient method is adopted for dynamic online de-noising to further reduce the effectiveness of drift in the displacement value on final integration results; and under the condition of ensuring the accuracy of an integration method, an integration algorithm is embedded into an edge device to realize fast calculation and analysis of data near a data source and realize dynamic fast integration of online signals based on the edge device, which provides effective references for efficient processing and calculation of data.

The method uses multiple different prediction methods to build a combined prediction sub-model, and then uses a DDPG algorithm to maximize discount benefit by using an agent in the algorithm to interact with an external prediction environment for constant trial-and-error attempts. Finally, the agent has a capability of perceiving the external prediction environment, and a capability of reasonably and dynamically assigning weights to various prediction sub-models in a combined model, so as to achieve an accurate prediction.
