The method may include: exciting an ultrasound probe to transmit ultrasound waves to a body tissue under examination and receive ultrasound echoes to obtain a first ultrasound echo signal, wherein the ultrasound probe comprises an ultrasound transducer provided with multiple array elements; obtaining an ultrasound image of a body tissue under examination; displaying the ultrasound image; generating a shear waves within the body tissue under examination; exciting array elements of a ultrasound transducer to transmit the ultrasound waves to form an ultrasound beam covering a first region within the body tissue under examination; receiving the ultrasound echoes from the first region to obtain the second ultrasound echo signal; and obtaining the propagation path of the shear waves within the first region according to the second ultrasound echo signal.

Ultrasound elastography method and system

Embodiments of the present application disclose a photonic chip module, a LiDAR and a movable device. The photonic chip module includes a photonic chip and a reflection module. The photonic chip includes a plurality of transceiving waveguide modules. A plurality of accommodating grooves are provided on a first surface of the photonic chip. The reflection module has a plurality of reflecting surfaces, and each reflecting surface is arranged at intervals along the second preset direction. The reflection surface is used to reflect the detection light so that the detection light is emitted in a direction that is not perpendicular to the thickness direction. The photonic chip module is conducive to improving the detection field of view of the LiDAR under the condition of the same resolution, or improving the resolution under the condition of the same total detection field of view.

The silicon photonic chip includes a cladding, a transceiving waveguide module, a first photoelectric detection module, and a first polarization rotator. The first photoelectric detection module is configured to receive a first local oscillator light and the echo light output by the first receiving waveguide. The first polarization rotator is disposed upstream of the first photoelectric detection module.

The present embodiment discloses a photonic chip module, LiDAR, and a mobile device. The photonic chip module includes a photonic chip and a reflection unit. The photonic chip includes a cladding and multiple first transceiving waveguide modules. The first transceiving waveguide module is embedded in the cladding, and the first emergent end and the first incident end are arranged at intervals along a first preset direction, collectively forming the first transceiving end of each first transceiving waveguide module, with these ends being spaced along a second preset direction. The reflection unit includes multiple reflection modules arranged along the second preset direction. Each reflection module has a first reflection surface. The photonic chip module provided in this embodiment is advantageous for increasing the detection field of view of the LiDAR under the same resolution conditions.
