The present disclosure provides a chip packaging structure including at least one chip packaging unit. The chip packaging unit includes a flexible substrate and a rigid substrate. The flexible substrate includes a first flexible substrate body, and a plurality of input pads and a plurality of output pads arranged on the first flexible substrate body, wherein the input pads and the output pads are connected in one-to-one correspondence. The rigid substrate includes a rigid substrate body and a chip arranged on the rigid substrate body, wherein the rigid substrate is bonded to a drive printed circuit board of a display device. Two opposite sides of the flexible substrate are respectively bonded to the rigid substrate and a display panel of the display device. The plurality of input pads are electrically connected to the chip, and the plurality of output pads are configured to transmit signals to the display panel.

Chip packaging structure and display device

The present disclosure provides a display substrate and a display device, including a display area and a non-display area on at least one side of the display area; and a plurality of touch signal lines in the display area as well as a plurality of groups of touch selection circuits, a plurality of groups of load compensation circuits and a plurality of touch pads in the non-display area. The load compensation circuits are connected with the touch selection circuits, one group of touch selection circuits is electrically connected with one touch pad and at least two touch signal lines, and one group of load compensation circuits and one group of touch selection circuits connected with each other are electrically connected with one same touch signal line, and are arranged side by side in a vertical direction of the touch signal line.

Display substrate and display device

The present disclosure discloses a touch panel, a driving method thereof and a display device. A touch signal multiplexer is adopted to load touch signals to touch signal lines, and one pad is at least correspondingly electrically connected with two touch signal lines; in addition, a load compensation circuit is set; and while the pad loads the touch signals to one of the touch signal lines electrically connected with the pad, the load compensation circuit loads compensation signals to other touch signal lines electrically connected with the pad without the loaded touch signals.

Touch panel, driving method thereof and display device

The present disclosure discloses a driving method and device of a touch display panel. The driving method includes: acquiring image data of an image to be displayed; judging whether the acquired image data is a reloaded picture with a default polarity mode; performing polarity adjustment on the image data when judging that the image data is a reloaded picture with a default polarity mode; and driving the touch display panel to display image according to the image data after polarity adjustment. Wherein the default polarity mode includes: the polarities of image data corresponding to each two adjacent data lines are opposite, while the polarities of image data corresponding to the same data line are the same.

Method and device for driving touch display panel

A pen, a method for detecting a pen, and a touch system are disclosed. The pen is configured to operate on a touch panel. The pen includes a controller, a transmitting electrode, and a receiving electrode. The transmitting electrode and the receiving electrode are at different positions of the pen. The receiving electrode is configured to receive a first signal transmitted by the touch panel and transmit the first signal to the controller. The controller is configured to receive the first signal, determine an inclination angle between the pen and the touch panel according to a signal amount of the first signal, generate a second signal by using an encoding format corresponding to the inclination angle, and transmit the second signal to the transmitting electrode. The transmitting electrode is configured to receive the second signal and transmit the second signal to the touch panel.

An electronic pen and a tilt handwriting adjustment method thereof, a tilt handwriting adjustment system and an adjusting method thereof are provided. The electronic pen includes a pen body, a detector and a processor provided within the pen body. The detector is configured to detect a tilt angle of the pen body with respect to a writing plane, and output a corresponding detection parameter value; and the processor is configured to acquire the detection parameter value, and generate and output a driving signal according to the detection parameter value, and a characteristic parameter value of the driving signal corresponds to the tilt angle.
