A display panel and a display device applying the same are provided. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a display medium disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate includes a first conductive layer having a first line width and a second conductive layer having a second line width smaller than the first line width. A first spacing is defined by a first sidewall of the second conductive layer and a second sidewall, located on the same side as the first sidewall, of the first conductive layer. A second spacing is defined by a third sidewall of the second conductive layer opposite to the first sidewall and a fourth sidewall, located on the same side as the third sidewall, of the first conductive layer. The first spacing is greater than the second spacing.

Display device

A display panel is disclosed, which includes: a substrate with a first surface; a first conductive line with a first inclined surface, a second conductive line with a second inclined surface, a third conductive line with a third inclined surface and a fourth conductive line with a fourth inclined surface respectively disposed on the first surface of the substrate, wherein the first conductive line intersects the second conductive line and the fourth conductive line, and the third conductive line intersects the second conductive line and the fourth conductive line, wherein an angle included between the first surface and the first inclined surface or an extension surface thereof of the first conductive line is different from an angle included between the first surface and the third inclined surface or an extension surface thereof of the third conductive line.

Display panel

A display panel is provided. The display panel includes a color filter substrate. The color filter substrate includes a first substrate, a black matrix, a color filter layer, a transparent conductive layer, and a plurality of spacers. The black matrix and the color filter layer are disposed on the first substrate. The transparent conductive layer is disposed on the color filter layer and the black matrix, and has a plurality of openings located above the black matrix. The spacers are located on the transparent conductive layer and located on the black matrix. At least one of the openings is located between the adjacent spacers, and at least one of the spacers partially overlaps at least one of the openings.

A display panel and a display device applying the same are provided. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a display medium disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate includes a first conductive layer having a first line width and a second conductive layer having a second line width smaller than the first line width. A first spacing is defined by a first sidewall of the second conductive layer and a second sidewall, located on the same side as the first sidewall, of the first conductive layer. A second spacing is defined by a third sidewall of the second conductive layer opposite to the first sidewall and a fourth sidewall, located on the same side as the third sidewall, of the first conductive layer. The first spacing is larger than the second spacing.

A thin film transistor substrate is disclosed, which comprises: a substrate; and plural thin film transistor (TFT) units, an insulating layer, a pixel electrode and an alignment layer sequentially disposed thereon. The TFT units comprise a gate insulating layer, an active layer and source and drain electrodes; the insulating layer has contact vias to expose the drain electrodes of the TFT units; and the pixel electrode is disposed on the insulating layer and extents to the contact vias to electrically connect with the drain electrodes. Herein, a side wall of at least one of the contact vias has a first inclined portion at a first direction and a second inclined portion at a second direction, the first direction is different from the second direction, and an inclination of the pixel electrode on the first inclined portion is different from that on the second inclined portion.

Thin film transistor substrate

A display panel is provided. The display panel includes a first substrate having a display area and a non-display area. A sealant is disposed on the first substrate and on the non-display area. A planarization layer is disposed on the first substrate. The planarization layer has a first trench formed therein on the non-display area. The first trench has a bottom and a side adjacent to the bottom. The bottom has a roughness that is greater than the roughness of the side.

Display panels

A display panel includes a substrate, a first stacking unit, and a second stacking unit. The first stacking unit is disposed on the substrate and connected to a scan line. The first stacking unit includes a first conducting layer, a second conducting layer, at least one first through hole, and a first protruding portion. The first conducting layer is interposed between the second conducting layer and the substrate. The first through hole connects the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer. The position of the first protruding portion is relative to the position of the second protruding portion.

A display panel is disclosed, which comprises: a substrate with a first surface, a first thin film transistor unit and a second thin film transistor unit disposed on the first surface of the substrate; a first conductive line with a first inclined surface, disposed on the first surface of the substrate and electrically connecting to the first thin film transistor unit; a second conductive line with a second inclined surface, disposed on the first surface of the substrate and electrically connecting to the second thin film transistor unit, wherein an angle included between the first surface and the first inclined surface or an extension surface thereof of the first conductive line is defined as a first angle, an angle included between the first surface and the second inclined surface or an extension surface thereof of the second conductive line is defined as a second angle, and the first angle is different from the second angle.

A display panel is disclosed, comprising: a first substrate; a thin film transistor layer disposed on the first substrate; an insulating layer disposed on the thin film transistor layer; at least one pixel electrode disposed on the insulating layer and exposing an exposure region of the insulating layer; and an alignment layer disposed on the pixel electrode and the exposure region; wherein a surface roughness of the alignment layer disposed on the exposure region is larger than a surface roughness of the alignment layer disposed on the pixel electrode.
