A design method for a diffractive optical element for beam splitting, comprising: S, determining an input light field distribution and a target output light field distribution of a diffractive optical element; S, constructing a beam splitting lattice of the diffractive optical element, wherein the light splitting lattice is used for performing array replication on light sources to realize the speckle lattice in a specific field of view, and the arrangement mode of the beam splitting lattice is regular arrangement or longitudinal and/or transverse periodic staggered arrangement; S, disturbing the beam splitting lattice to reduce a deviation between an actual output light field and the target output light field, and limiting the disturbance quantity to ensure that there is no obvious overlap or gap between adjacent blocks in the speckle lattice; and S, designing the diffractive optical element according to the disturbed beam splitting lattice.

An optical waveguide and a display device are provided. The optical waveguide includes a waveguide substrate causing light to propagate within it through total internal reflection and at least one grating disposed between and inclined with respect to the first and second surfaces of the waveguide substrate for transmitting and reflecting incident light or for transmitting and diffractively deflecting incident light. The transmitted light is coupled into the waveguide substrate to propagate within it through total internal reflection, and the reflected or diffractively deflected light is coupled out from the waveguide substrate. The grating is configured such that the reflection efficiency or diffraction deflection efficiency when an incidence angle is less than a first angle and greater than a fourth angle is greater than that when the incidence angle is greater than the first angle, wherein the first angle is greater than the fourth angle.

A grating structure, a diffraction optical waveguide, and a display device are disclosed. The grating line of the grating structure has a cross-sectional profile with a narrow top and a wide bottom, wherein the cross-sectional profile comprises six feature points, and the six feature points respectively have coordinates (0, 0), (L2, H2), (L3, H3), (L4, H4), (L5, H5) and (L6, 0) in a cross section, and satisfy following relationships: H=min(H4,H5)−max(H3,H2)>50 nm; 0.1<(L5−L4)/(L3−L2); L3>0.34T; and 0.05T<L5−L4<0.32T. By controlling the parameters of these feature points, the cross-sectional profile can be adjusted, and thus significantly improving the optical effect (comprising diffraction efficiency and uniformity) that the grating structure can achieve, and at the same time increasing degrees of freedom in grating design and optical effect regulation.

A polylactic acid nano-fiber membrane and preparation method thereof. In particular, the membrane has PLA nanofibers with an average diameter between 50 nm and 200 nm, wherein the nanofibers contain a crystal phase with a volume fraction between 45% and 85% and the crystal phase contains PLA stereocomplex crystals with a volume fraction between 85% and 95%. The method of preparation includes mixing dried PDLA and PLLA in a specific PLLA/PDLA ratio of between 95/5 and 99/1; producing continuous fibers or nonwovens in a extrusion and spinning device, and producing woven fabrics or nonwovens with the continuous fibers; heat treating the woven fabrics or nonwovens; washing the heat treated woven fabrics or nonwovens with a solvent; removing the solvent and drying the woven fabrics or nonwovens; and pressing the dried woven fabrics or nonwovens for making the membrane.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the cross-sectional profile can be adjusted by controlling parameters of the feature points, the optical effect is improved and degrees of freedom in design and regulation are increased.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of biotechnology and polymer synthesis, and discloses a method for producing polylactic acid, the method comprises the following steps: (i) inoculating a lactic acid fermentation strain into a lactic acid fermentation culture medium to perform a fermentation, so as to obtain a fermentation broth containing lactate; (ii) separating the fermentation broth to obtain a lactic acid; (iii) synthesizing a polymer-grade lactide by using the lactic acid as a raw material; (iv) subjecting the polymer-grade lactide to a polymerization reaction in a polymerization reaction device to obtain a polylactic acid. Through the above technical solution, the polylactic acid can be efficiently produced in the present disclosure.

A polylactic acid triblock copolymer and a preparation method thereof are described. The polylactic acid triblock copolymer comprises an aromatic polyester oligomer block and a polylactic acid block. The polylactic acid triblock copolymer is obtained by reacting an aromatic polyester oligomer with a monomer lactide at a desired temperature. The polylactic acid block copolymer has a regular structure indicated by peak melting temperatures (Tm) corresponding to the aromatic polyester oligomer block and the polylactic acid block, respectively. Examples of the aromatic polyester oligomer block include polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, and polyethylene 1,4-naphthalate. Examples of the monomer lactide include L-lactide and D-lactide.
