A stabilizing device for stabilizing a payload includes a handle assembly, a payload stabilization assembly, and a constant force assembly. The handle assembly includes one or more grips. The payload stabilization assembly is configured to support a payload and permit the payload to rotate about at least one axis of rotation. The constant force assembly is operably connected to the handle assembly, is configured to support the payload stabilization assembly, and includes a parallelogram linkage. The parallelogram linkage includes four pivots and a resilient member obliquely arranged within the parallelogram linkage. The constant force assembly is configured to provide a force that equipoises a gravity force of the payload stabilization assembly with the payload in a vertical direction such that a net force of the payload stabilization assembly with the payload in the vertical direction is substantially zero.

Systems and methods for payload stabilization

The present disclosure provides a load stabilization device, a control method thereof, and a computer readable storage medium. In the load stabilization device, a motion sensor, a processor, a stabilization motor, and a parallelogram mechanism constitute a closed-loop feedback control system. A control instruction for the stabilization motor is generated based on a velocity of a second end of the parallelogram mechanism in a direction of gravity relative to a ground, where the second end may carry a load, and the stabilization motor is controlled to drive, according to the control instruction, the parallelogram mechanism to rotate relative to a base, so as to at least partially offset or compensate for jitter of the load carried at the second end of the parallelogram mechanism in the direction of gravity, suppress disturbance generated at a first end of the parallelogram mechanism, and stabilize the load carried at the second end.

A load-stabilizing apparatus includes a load-connecting member configured to carry a load, a parallelogram mechanism connected to the load-connecting member, and a stabilizing motor drivingly connected to the parallelogram mechanism. The stabilizing motor is configured to drive the parallelogram mechanism to deform, such that the parallelogram mechanism drives the load-connecting member to move.

A lens locking apparatus is configured to be coupled to a lens module. The lens module is configured to focus on an object by translating along an optical axis of the lens module. The lens locking apparatus is configured to fix a position of the lens module by applying a compressive force on the lens module when the lens module is at a focused position.

Imaging device

A stabilizing device for stabilizing a payload includes a handle assembly, a payload stabilization assembly, and a constant force assembly. The handle assembly includes one or more grips configured to permit a user to support the entirety of the stabilizing device using the one or more grips. The payload stabilization assembly is configured to support the payload and permit the payload to rotate about at least one axis of rotation. The constant force assembly is operably connected to the handle assembly and supports the payload stabilization assembly. The constant force assembly is configured to provide a force that equipoises a gravity force of the payload stabilization assembly with the payload in a vertical direction such that a net force of the payload stabilization assembly with the payload in the vertical direction is substantially zero.

A camera assembly of a gimbal structure is provided. The camera assembly includes a housing and a camera module disposed inside the housing. The camera assembly also includes a cable disposed inside the housing. The cable includes a first connection end, a second connection end, and a transition segment disposed between and connecting the first connection end and the second connection end. The first connection end is configured to connect with the camera module, the second connection end is configured to connect with an external device located outside of the housing. The transition segment includes a first transition segment disposed bending around a first rotation axis of the gimbal structure. The camera assembly is configured to rotate around the first rotation axis of the gimbal structure.

A stabilizing platform for stabilizing a payload includes a frame assembly, a plurality of actuators, and a plurality of electronic speed control (ESC) units. The frame assembly includes a plurality of frame components movable relative to one another and is configured to support the payload. The plurality of actuators are configured to permit the plurality of frame components to move relative to one another. Each of the plurality of ESC units is electrically coupled to a corresponding actuator of the plurality of actuators and is configured to control actuation of the corresponding actuator. At least one of the plurality of frame components includes a cavity, one of the plurality of actuators allowing the at least one of the frame components that includes the cavity to move relative to the carrier. At least two of the plurality of ESC units are received and sealed in the cavity.

A gimbal structure includes a camera assembly. The gimbal structure also includes a first motor configured to drive the camera assembly to rotate around a first rotation axis. The first motor includes a first stator. The first stator includes a first signal control cable. The gimbal structure also includes a second motor configured to drive the camera assembly to rotate around a second rotation axis perpendicular to the first rotation axis. The second motor includes a second stator. The second stator includes a second signal control cable. The gimbal structure further includes a motor housing configured for mounting the first stator and the second stator. The plurality of actuators include a first actuator that is configured to control movement of the payload about a first axis and a second actuator that is configured to control movement of the payload about a second axis. Each of the plurality of ESC units is electrically coupled to a corresponding actuator of the plurality of actuators and is configured to control actuation of the corresponding actuator. At least one of the plurality of ESC units is received in the payload.
