A dehumidifying base material and a device for forming the dehumidifying base material are provided. The dehumidifying base material is formed from a raw base material including a metal layer, an upper adhesive film, a lower adhesive film, an upper absorbent material layer, a lower absorbent material layer, an upper release film, and a lower release film. The raw base material is placed on a material placement part and passes a first release roller, an upper absorbent adhesive part, a second release roller, and a lower absorbent adhesive part sequentially to form the dehumidifying base material. The dehumidifying base material with an absorbent material applied onto two sides thereof is compressed, and is rolled by a base material rolling part.

Dehumidifying base material, and device and method for forming the same

A dehumidifying unit, a layered temperature control dehumidifying element and a drying device are provided. The dehumidifying element has a plurality of dehumidifying units. The dehumidifying units are made of a direct heating desorption material and used for dehumidifying air by adsorption and capable of being regenerated by desorption. By performing temperature compensation through a preheater and performing a layered temperature control method on the dehumidifying element, the disclosure achieves a uniform temperature control on the air flow passage of the dehumidifying element so as to improve regeneration performance of the dehumidifying element and reduce energy consumption of the drying device.

Dehumidifying unit, layered temperature control dehumidifying element and drying device

A dehumidifying unit, a layered temperature control dehumidifying element, a drying device and a temperature control method thereof are provided. The dehumidifying element has a plurality of dehumidifying units. The dehumidifying units are made of a direct heating desorption material and used for dehumidifying air by adsorption and capable of being regenerated by desorption. Dehumidifying unit, layered temperature control dehumidifying element, drying device and method for temperature controlling the same

A regenerating-type compressed air drier for regenerating compressed air by an electrical heating mechanism and a dehumidifying-and-regenerating unit are provided. The drier includes a dehumidifying-and-regenerating unit and an air distribution unit. Compressed high-humidity air and regenerating air are guided to the air distribution unit by a compressed high-humidity air piping and a regenerating air piping. The compressed high-humidity air and the regenerating air are guided to dehumidifying-and-regenerating components of the dehumidifying-and-regenerating unit by a shunt rotor of the air distribution unit to complete the dehumidification of the compressed air and the regeneration of the dehumidifying-and-regenerating components. The drier has a simple structure, and can reduce an undue loss of heat energy by an electrical heating mechanism to the regeneration of the dehumidifying-and-regenerating components.

An adsorption unit is provided, including an electrical heating substrate defined with a fluid channel therein, and an adsorptive material layer formed on the electrical heating substrate to contact the fluid channel for adsorbing moisture or volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in a gas flow through the fluid channel.

Adsorption unit, adsortion device, and method for regenerating thereof

A barrier film encapsulating apparatus for insulating pipes is proposed, the apparatus comprises: a positioning unit for positioning a insulating pipe to be encapsulated with a barrier film and moving the insulating pipe along an axial direction thereof; at least a molding unit for enclosing a channel space, the channel space having a cross-section similar in shape to a cross-section of the insulating pipe; a guiding unit for guiding a barrier film into the channel space such that the barrier film is rolled via the molding unit into a shape similar to the cross-section of the insulating pipe, so that the barrier film is encapsulated on the insulating pipe when the insulating pipe moves along an axial direction thereof and penetrates the channel space; and an adhering unit for sealing the barrier film encapsulated on the insulating pipe so as to complete the encapsulating process and resolve conventional problems in encapsulating the insulating pipes with the well-insulative and airtight barrier film.

A low-noise fan-filter unit for providing filtered airflow is disclosed. The fan-filter unit includes a housing having at least an air inlet and a coaxial air outlet; a centrifugal fan installed in the housing for drawing air into the housing and propelling it out of the air outlet; a filter installed between the fan and the air outlet for removing impurities from the air; and a noise reduction arrangement installed between the fan and the filter for reducing noise. The noise reduction arrangements includes three parting plates incorporating with the housing to form a tortuous air passageway which U-turns the airflow at least two times. The tortuous and extended air passageway, and some sound-absorbing materials furnished along the air passageway increase the contact area between the airflow and the sound-absorbing materials, and enhance the effect of noise absorption.
