A catalyst for residue suspended bed hydrocracking and a preparation method and application thereof are disclosed. The catalyst is obtained by mixing a VIIB or VIIIB group transition metal salt solution with a ferric salt solution, conducting parallel-flow precipitation with an alkaline solution, adding a silicon source, and then conducting aging, washing, drying, and calcination. The catalyst has a stable structure and excellent hydrogenation activity. When used in a residue suspended bed hydrocracking reaction, the yield of liquid is up to 91 wt %, the yield of gasoline and diesel oil is up to 60 wt %, and both the yield of gas and the yield of coke are low. The catalyst has a good application prospect in residue suspended bed hydroconversion process.

Catalyst for residue suspended bed hydrocracking and preparation method and application thereof

A catalytic cracking gasoline upgrading method is provided. First, in the presence of a prehydrogenation catalyst, the full-range FCC gasoline undergoes prehydrogenation in a prehydrogenation reactor to remove diolefins, mercaptans and sulfides, and then the prehydrogenation product undergoes selective hydrodesulfurization in the presence of a hydrodesulfurization-isomerization catalyst, and straight-chain olefins are isomerized into single-branched olefins or single-branched alkanes, thus obtaining a low-olefin, ultralow-sulfur and high-octane clean gasoline product.

Catalytic cracking gasoline upgrading method

A catalytic cracking gasoline prehydrogenation method is provided. Thiol etherification and double bond isomerization reactions are carried out on catalytic cracking gasoline through a prehydrogenation reactor. The reaction conditions are as follows: the reaction temperature is between 80&#xb0; C. and 160&#xb0; C., the reaction pressure is between 1 MPa and 5 MPa, the liquid-volume hourly space velocity is from 1 to 10 h, and the hydrogen-oil volume ratio is (3-8):1; a prehydrogenation catalyst comprises a carrier and active ingredients, the carrier contains an aluminium oxide composite carrier with a macroporous structure and one or more of ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-12, ZSM-35, mordenite, amorphous form aluminum silicon, SAPO-11, MCM-22, a Y molecular sieve and a beta molecular sieve, the surface of the carrier is loaded with one or more of the active ingredients cobalt, molybdenum, nickel and tungsten; based on oxides, the content of the active ingredients is between 0.1% and 15.5%.

Catalytic cracking gasoline prehydrogenation method

A method of preparing a mesoporous Fe&#x2014;Cu&#x2014;SSZ-13 molecular sieve includes activating an aluminum source, a silicon source, an iron source and a copper source respectively; mixing the activated minerals with sodium hydroxide, water and a seed crystal at 25-90&#xb0; C., while controlling feeding amounts of respective raw materials so that molar ratios of respective materials in a synthesis system are as follows: SiO/AlO=10-100, SiO/FeO=30-3000, SiO/CuO=1-100, NaO/SiO=0.1-0.5, HO/SiO=10-50, template/SiO=0.01-0.5; adding an acid source to adjust pH of the system for first aging; and adding the acid source again to adjust the pH of the system for second aging to obtain aged gel; pouring an aged mixture into a kettle; cooling a crystallized product and filtering to remove a liquor; washing a filter cake; drying to obtain a solid; performing ion exchange; and filtering, washing and drying the solid to obtain powder; and placing the powder in a muffle furnace.
