In the present invention, an earthquake detection system based on the combination configuration of a free field and remote signal source is provided. The earthquake detection system includes: a host; a main sensor arranged in a free field and connected to the host; and a plurality of backup sensors, which are remotely arranged with respect to the main sensor, wherein each of the backup is connected to the host via the internet and transmits a remote signal to the host so as to avoid misjudging the occurrence of earthquakes because of unnatural factors, and prevent the vibration caused by human activities from interfering with the detector. The earthquake detection system achieves the effect of verification through a plurality of sensors installed in different positions. Only when all the sensors confirm that there is an earthquake, an earthquake warning will be issued to the protected place, and two sensors set in different environments can be used to avoid the deficiency that the two sensors misjudge at the same time due to the same kind of interference that the two sensors may receive in the same environment.

Combined configuration of a free field and a remote signal source, and its earthquake detecting system

An information platform for providing an earthquake early warning of a large area is disclosed. The large area includes a plurality of small districts, different sets of the plurality of small districts form different large districts according to geographical locations so as to make up the large area, and the information platform is both connected with a plurality of on-site earthquake early warning stations and the plurality of small districts through a cloud network. The plurality of on-site earthquake early warning stations are located in the large districts respectively, each of the plurality of on-site earthquake early warning stations is configured to obtain a real-time seismic longitudinal wave measurement data, obtain a real-time seismic transverse wave feature prediction value corresponding to the real-time seismic longitudinal wave measurement data, and transmit the real-time seismic transverse wave feature prediction value.

A method of determining an earthquake event for an earthquake detecting system includes retrieving at least one initial wave characteristic related to each earthquake data among a plurality of earthquake data; utilizing a support vector classification (SVC) method to establish an earthquake determination model according to the initial wave characteristic; and determining whether new earthquake data belong to an earthquake event or a non-earthquake event according to the earthquake determination model when the new earthquake data are received.

A system and method instantly on-site analyze seismic acceleration signals measured from a primary wave of an earthquake and at a detecting site. The system includes an embedded computing host and a signal preprocessing module. Hardware preprocessing is executed on the seismic acceleration signals; and whether the earthquake is a seismic event is able to be determined according to a seism determining logic. Seismic acceleration signals are converted into ground velocities and ground displacements to obtain a peak ground displacement. A seismic fracture time parameter is calculated through the ground velocities and ground displacements and then a seismic magnitude of the earthquake is obtained. According to the peak ground displacement and the seismic magnitude, an epicentral distance is further calculated. Then a peak ground acceleration of the earthquake's shear wave at the detection site is able to be obtained through the seismic magnitude and the epicentral distance.

System and method for on-site instant seismic analysis

A filter for filtering noise generated by a differential signal having a specific wavelength transmitted by a first transmission line and a second transmission line is disclosed. The filter includes a multi-layer substrate, a first microstrip line and a second microstrip line. The first and the second transmission lines and the first and the second microstrip lines are disposed at the multi-layer substrate. In addition, one end of the first microstrip line and one end of the second microstrip line are electrically connected to the first and the second transmission lines, respectively, by passing through the vias, and the other end is in a floating state. The impedances of the first and the second microstrip lines match the impedances of the first and the second transmission lines, respectively. Thus, the first and the second microstrip lines may filter the noise generated by the differential signal having the specific wavelength.
