A low inductance capacitor with annular distributed cores is provided, which relates to the technical field of capacitors, and includes a lower bus bar, capacitor cores and an upper bus bar. Currents accessed from lower connection terminals flow to a closed end of the lower bus bar along copper bar connecting plates, and flow to the upper bus bar through the capacitor cores, and then flow out from upper connection terminals to form a loop. And positions of the copper bar connecting plates are in one-to-one correspondence with positions of the capacitor cores, and flow directions of the currents are opposite.

Reinforced polycarbonate compositions

A polymer composition includes: about 20 wt % to about 80 wt % of a polycarbonate polymer; about 1 wt % to about 20 wt % of a polycarbonate-siloxane copolymer; about 15 wt % to about 35 wt % of a reinforcing filler having a tensile modulus of at least about 150 GPa; and about 4 wt % to about 20 wt % of a flame retardant comprising phosphorous. The polymer composition demonstrates a flexural modulus in an amount equal to or greater than about 10 GPa. Methods of forming a polymer composition and blended thermoplastic compositions are also described.

A method for making a thin wall component comprise: locating a film () in a mold cavity of a mold, wherein the mold cavity has an initial mold thickness, wherein the film comprises a base layer () and a pattern layer (); injecting a molding material () into the mold cavity such that the molding material contacts the pattern layer, wherein the molding material comprises a polymeric material and a filler; compressing the mold to a final mold thickness that is less than the initial mold thickness, to form a molded product, wherein the pattern layer forms a surface of the molded product; and removing the molded product from the mold. A molded product formed by the method. The method produce a thin walled component without warpage, inner stresses, poor surface quality, or washout defects.

The compositions are useful in the manufacture of a wide variety of parts, particularly those having a thin wall.

A flame retardant thermoplastic composition comprising in combination a polycarbonate component; an impact modifier composition, the components of the impact modifier composition comprising a) a bulk polymerized ABS, and b) an impact modifier different from the ABS; an ungrafted rigid copolymer; and a flame retardant. The compositions have an improved balance of physical properties such as impact strength and flow, while at the same time maintaining their good flame performance.
