A training data processing method and an electronic device are provided. The method includes: obtaining medical history data including at least one first disease suffered by a user; setting a plurality of disease types according to a target disease; setting a time interval; obtaining at least one second disease in the time interval from the medical history data; performing a pre-processing operation on the second disease according to the disease types to obtain processed data; and inputting the processed data to a neural network to train the neural network.

A cellular station including a wireless transceiver and a controller is provided. The wireless transceiver performs wireless transmission and reception to and from a mobile communication device. The controller receives an RRC (Radio Resource Control) Connection Setup Complete message including CIoT data from the mobile communication device via the wireless transceiver, buffers the CIoT data and inquires a Mobility Management Entity (MME) about information of a Serving Gateway (S-GW) in response to receiving the RRC Connection Setup Complete message, and sends the CIoT data to the S-GW according to the inquired information of the S-GW.

The disclosure proposes a method of delivering data applicable to a base station and a base station using the same method. According to one of the exemplary embodiments, the method of delivering data would include not limited to: receiving a service request for an uplink transmission; determining, locally, a quality of service (QoS) parameter, in response to receiving the service request for the uplink transmission; establishing a radio bearer by applying the QoS parameter; receiving a data of the uplink transmission via the radio bearer; buffering the data of the uplink transmission; and transmitting the data.

In a wireless communication system, an IOPS-capable user equipment is registered on both a normal PLMN and an IOPS PLMN. The user equipment is configured to set one of the first PLMN and the second PLMN as a primary PLMN and the other one of the first PLMN and the second PLMN as a secondary PLMN randomly, according to an MO PLMN preference provided by a user of the user equipment, or according to a dialing history of the user equipment. Therefore, PLMN precedence can be provided for the user equipment in the IOPS dual PLMN mode of operation to make MO calls.

In a wireless communication system, when receiving a START DTMF message with an ITR indicator from a transmitting device, a network is configured to send a START DTMF ACK message to the transmitting device. After adjusting its settings and entering a text receiving mode, the transmitting device is configured to send a CONFIRM START DTMF TXT message to the network. The network is configured to send keypad information associated with the number of a receiving device to the receiving device. The receiving device is configured to send the corresponding text message to the network, which then forwards the text message to the transmitting device.

Method of providing DTMF-based interactive text response services

A method of performing proximity discovery for a network entity and a user equipment (UE). In one of the exemplary embodiments, this disclosure is directed to a generating method that is applicable to a network entity and includes at least but not limited to receiving a discovery request message comprising a ProSe application identifier (ID) and a UE identity, obtaining a discover code for performing the proximity discovery according to a target group of the UE identity, and transmitting a discovery response message comprising the discovery code in response to the discovery request message. The ProSe application ID indicates the target group of the UE identity.

A mobile communication device configured for CIoT is provided. The mobile communication device includes a wireless transceiver and a controller. The wireless transceiver performs wireless transmission and reception to and from a service network. The controller transmits, via the wireless transceiver, a request message to the service network for changing a UE usage type, receives a response message comprising a wait timer value from the service network via the wireless transceiver, and does not transmit another request message to the service network for changing the UE usage type before the wait timer expires.

A method of generating discovery code for a network entity and a network entity using the same method are provided. In one of the exemplary embodiments, this disclosure is directed to a generating method that is applicable to a network entity and includes at least but not limited to selecting a first substring in a ProSe application code of an announcing UE and a second substring in a ProSe application code of a monitoring UE for a D2D discovery, generating a matching string and a non-matching string according to the first substring and the second substring, and generating a ProSe application mask according to the matching string and the non-matching string.

Method of generating discovery code for network entity and network entity using the same

A wireless communication system includes a plurality of WTRUs and a network. The plurality of WTRUs are pre-configured so that N WTRUs are identified to be in a specific paging group. Each WTRU in the paging group is configured to monitor related paging channels with an interval longer than the desired paging cycle of the network, thereby reducing power consumption. Each WTRU in the specific paging group takes turns in monitoring related paging channels so that the DRX scheme of the specific paging group is equivalent to the desired DRX scheme of the network, thereby reducing the likelihood of network signaling being missed or delayed.
