An electronic device includes a substrate, a signal line, a semiconductor, a first conductive portion and a second conductive portion. The signal line is disposed on the substrate. The semiconductor is disposed on the substrate and overlapped with the signal line. Wherein the semiconductor is electrically connected to the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion. Wherein in a top view, at least a portion of the signal line is disposed between the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion. Wherein the first conductive portion has a first curve edge, the second conductive portion has a second curve edge, and the first curve edge and the second curve edge are facing the at least a portion of the signal line and are convex toward the at least a portion of the signal line.

Electronic device having conductive portions with curved edges

The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a conductive element, a first insulating layer, an extending element, and a second insulating layer disposed on a substrate. At least a portion of the first insulating layer is located between the conductive element and the extending element. The second insulating layer is disposed on the conductive element and the extending element. In a cross-sectional view, a thickness of the first insulating layer is different from a thickness of the second insulating layer. In a top view, the extending element has a first portion extending to an edge of the substrate, the extending element has a second portion connecting the first portion and disposed between the first portion and the conductive element, and the first minimum width of the first portion is less than the second minimum width of the second portion.

ESD structure for a display substrate edge

A thin film transistor substrate includes a substrate, a first conductive element and a semiconductor. The first conductive element is disposed on the substrate and includes a trace portion extending along a first direction and a protrusive portion extending from the trace portion. The semiconductor is disposed on the substrate. The trace portion has a first edge and a second edge opposite to the first edge, and the protrusive portion has at least one curved edge connecting with the second edge. In a top view, a virtual extending line disposes between the trace portion and the protrusive portion, the virtual extending line overlaps the second edge. At least a part of the semiconductor extends beyond the virtual extending line along a second direction vertical to the first direction.

The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a substrate, an extending element, a conductive element and a first insulating layer. The substrate includes an edge. The extending element is disposed on the substrate and includes a first conductive layer and a semiconductor layer, the first conductive layer and the semiconductor layer are overlapped, and the semiconductor layer extends to the edge of the substrate. The conductive element is overlapped with the first conductive layer. The insulating layer is disposed between the conductive element and the extending element.

Electronic device including semiconductor layer with width variation design

A thin film transistor substrate includes a substrate, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and a semiconductor layer. The first conductive layer is disposed on the substrate and includes a trace portion extending along a first direction and a protrusive portion extending from the trace portion. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and includes a wiring portion extending along a second direction. The trace portion has a first edge and a second edge opposite to the first edge, and the protrusive portion has at least one curved edge connecting with the second edge. The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a substrate, a conductive element, an extending element and an insulating layer. The substrate includes an edge, the conductive element is disposed on the substrate, the extending element is disposed corresponding to at least a portion of the conductive element and extends to the edge of the substrate, and the insulating layer separates the conductive element and the extending element.

In a display device, the display device includes a substrate, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a semiconductor layer, an opposite substrate and a display medium layer. The first conductive layer is disposed on the substrate and includes a trace portion extending along a first direction and a protrusive portion extending from the trace portion. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and includes a wiring portion extending along a second direction. The semiconductor layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. When viewed in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, the semiconductor layer is fully located in the first conductive layer, an edge of the semiconductor layer overlaps the trace portion, and another edge of the semiconductor layer overlaps the protrusive portion. The display medium layer is disposed between the substrate and the opposite substrate.

A display device including a substrate, first and second reference voltage lines, a first insulation layer is provided. The first and second reference voltage lines are disposed in a peripheral area of the substrate. The first insulation layer having a groove is disposed on the first reference voltage line. The first direction is different from the second direction. The second maximum distance is longer than the first maximum distance. Display panel

A touch display panel includes a substrate, a first sensing electrode layer. The first sensing electrode layer is disposed on the substrate. The first sensing electrode includes a plurality of first metal conductive lines and a plurality of second metal conductive lines connected with the plurality of first metal conductive lines. The first and second metal conductive lines are respectively arranged along different directions. The outermost one of the plurality of first metal conductive line has a first protruding portion.

Touch display panel

In a display device, a substrate has a pixel structure which has a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and an oxide semiconductor layer. A trace portion of the first conductive layer extends along a first direction and has first and second opposite sides. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and has two contact portions respectively disposed on the first and second sides. The oxide semiconductor layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. Two ends of the oxide semiconductor layer contact the two contact portions respectively and the oxide semiconductor layer has a first width along the first direction, one of the contact portion and the first conductive layer have an overlap region which has a second width as maximum along the first direction, and the first width is narrower than the second width.

A touch display panel includes a substrate, a first electrode layer, and a second electrode layer. The first and second electrode layers are disposed on the substrate. The second electrode layer electrically connects to the first electrode layer and includes a plurality of sensing electrodes. Each sensing electrode includes a plurality of first conductive lines and a plurality of second conductive lines connected to each other. The first and second conductive lines are respectively arranged along first and second directions, wherein the second direction is different from the first direction. In one of two adjacent sensing electrodes, the outermost first conductive line has at least one first edge and at least one second edge connected to the first edge. The first edge corresponds to one of the second conductive lines of the other one of the two adjacent sensing electrodes, and has a curved shape.
