An organic electro-luminescence device includes a substrate, the first electrode layer, a hole injecting layer, a hole transporting layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transporting layer, an electron injecting layer and the second electrode layer. The first electrode layer is formed over the substrate. The hole injecting layer is formed over the first electrode layer. The hole transporting layer is formed over the hole injecting layer. The light emitting layer is formed over the hole transporting layer. The electron transporting layer is formed over the light emitting layer. The electron transporting layer includes carbazole derivative and n-type material. The electron injecting layer is formed over the electron transporting layer. The second electrode layer is formed over the electron injecting layer.

Organic electro-luminescence device

An organic electroluminescent device including a substrate, an anode, a cathode, a hole transport layer, an electron transport layer and an emission layer is provided. The anode and the cathode are disposed on the substrate. The hole transport layer is disposed between the anode and the cathode. The electron transport layer is disposed between the hole transport layer and the cathode. The emission layer is disposed between the hole transport layer and the electron transport layer. The chemical structure of the dopant is represented by formula [I]: 'M' represents a metal atom, m is smaller than or equal to the ligand number of 'M', n is smaller than m. &#x201c;Y1&#x201d; is selected from aryl or heteroaryl. &#x201c;Y2&#x201d; and &#x201c;Y3&#x201d; are respectively selected from nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring. &#x201c;X&#x201d;, &#x201c;R1&#x201d;, &#x201c;R2&#x201d; and &#x201c;R3&#x201d; are respectively selected from any substituent group or hydrogen. &#x201c;A&#x201d; is selected from aryl, heteroaryl or nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group.

Light emission material and organic electroluminescent device using the same

An organometallic complex. The organometallic complex has formula (I) , wherein M is a transition metal with an atomic number greater than 40 comprising Ir, Os, Pt, Pd, Re, or Ru, is a substituted or non-substituted heterocyclic ring containing at least one nitrogen atom, and is any bidentate ligand comprising bipyridyl groups. The invention also provides an organic light-emitting diode and a display including the organometallic complex.
