A storage device assembly includes a storage device, a bracket and a securing member. The storage device defines a first securing hole. The bracket includes a sidewall with an opening. The securing member is attached to an outside of the sidewall and includes an actuating end, a securing end, and a pivot portion formed between the actuating end and the securing end. The actuating end includes a ridge portion. The pivot portion is pivotally attached to the sidewall. The storage device abuts the actuating end of the securing member to force the securing end to pivot toward the sidewall and engage the first securing hole, and the actuating end extends through the opening and to be pressed by the storage device when located in the bracket.

Storage device assembly

A mounting apparatus, for storage device defining a securing hole, including a bracket configured to receive the storage device. Two securing members are attached to the bracket sidewall. Each of the securing members includes an actuating end, a securing end engaged with the storage device securing hole, and a pivot portion formed between the actuating end and the securing end that is pivotally attached to the bracket sidewall. A spring member is secured to the sidewall of the bracket between the two securing members. The spring member includes two resilient arms biased against the two securing members respectively.

A vibration dampening structure for a disk drive includes a bracket for receiving the disk drive and an elastic peg for dampening vibration of the disk drive. The bracket includes a pair of side panels for receiving the disk drive therebetween. An elastic clamp is formed on each side panel. A hole is defined in the clamp. The elastic peg includes a flexible head portion abutting the disk drive, and a handle portion extending into the hole. The head portion is configured for buffering the disk drive in an inner side of the bracket. The handle portion is capable of being pulled to move the head portion and the clamp away from the disk drive for disengaging the elastic peg from the disk drive.

The drive bracket includes a side plate facing the opening. A through hole is defined in the side plate. A rotating member is pivotally mounted on the side plate. The rotating member includes a positioning pin. A data storage device is received in the drive bracket. The data storage device defines a locking hole in alignment with the through hole of the side plate. The cover is mounted on the chassis to cover the opening of the chassis. The cover abuts the rotating member so that the positioning pin is inserted in the through hole and the locking hole to secure the data storage device in the drive bracket of the chassis.

A mounting device for a data storage device has a retaining hole defined in a side surface thereof. The mounting device includes a bracket for receiving the data storage device, and a retaining member rotatably attached to the bracket. The bracket includes a sidewall and a bottom wall. A first elastic piece is formed on the sidewall. A positioning tab extends towards the side surface of the data storage device from a free end of the first elastic piece. The retaining member includes a first pressing portion. The first pressing portion presses the free end of the first elastic piece towards the data storage device. The positioning tab on the free end of the first elastic piece inserts into the retaining hole of the data storage device for mounting the data storage device.

A computer power supply mounting apparatus includes a fixing member () to mount a power supply () into a computer chassis ().
