A magnetic component includes a magnetic core and a first winding module. The magnetic core has two opposite openings and at least one magnetic column. The first winding module has a plurality of annular metal plates disposed around the at least one magnetic column. Each of the annular metal plates has an electrical connection end, an annular portion and a heat-dissipating end. The electrical connection end and the heat-dissipation end are located at the two opposite openings of the magnetic core respectively. A thermal-dissipating area of the heat-dissipating end is greater than a cross-sectional area of a connection portion between the heat-dissipating end and the annular portion.

Magnetic component

A power conversion device includes a thermal conductive substrate, a DC-to-DC converter circuit assembly, an on board charger module (OBCM) circuit assembly and at least one electric wire. The thermal conductive substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The DC-to-DC converter circuit assembly is disposed on the first surface. The OBCM circuit assembly is disposed on the first surface as well. An end of the electric wire connects with the DC-to-DC converter circuit assembly, another end of the electric wire connects with the OBCM circuit assembly.

Power conversion device

A power conversion device includes a casing, a structural plate, a converter module, an auxiliary circuit board module and a top cover. The casing includes a base plate and a side wall, and the base plate and the side wall form a chamber. The structural plate is located in the chamber. The converter module is located between the base plate and the structural plate. The auxiliary circuit board module is located at a side of the structural plate in the chamber away from the base plate, and is electrically connected with the converter module. The top cover seals the chamber.

A power conversion device includes a casing, an isolation wall, a first circuit board unit, a converter module, a coolant channel base plate, a circuit board plate and a top cover. The casing includes a base plate which has a base surface and a recessed space. The isolation wall partitions the recessed space into a circuit board accommodation space and a coolant channel. The isolation wall has a circuit board subsidiary wall and a coolant channel subsidiary wall. The circuit board subsidiary wall and the coolant channel subsidiary wall have a height difference. The first circuit board unit is located in the circuit board accommodation space. The converter module is located opposite to the recessed space. The coolant channel base plate fluidly seals the coolant channel. The circuit board base plate seals the first circuit board unit. The top cover seals the converter module.

A power conversion device includes a casing, a middle plate and a converter module. The casing includes a base plate. The base plate has a concave recess therein. The base plate forms a base plate convex hull at a side opposite to the concave recess. The middle plate has a middle plate groove therein. The middle plate groove corresponds to the base plate convex hull. The middle plate and the base plate combine up, such that the base plate convex hull fluidly seals the middle plate groove, making the middle plate groove to form a first coolant channel. The converter module is at least partially located in the concave recess.

Power conversion device with cooling system

A method for assembling a power conversion device is provided. The method includes mounting an electronic component on a heat-dissipating base, and electrically connecting a printed wiring board with the electronic component mounted on the heat-dissipating base.

Power conversion device and method for assembling the same

An electronic device includes a bottom case, an accommodation unit, an electromagnetic induction module, a heat-dissipating component, an elastic clip, a printed wiring board, and an electronic component. The accommodation unit is disposed on the bottom case. At least one portion of the electromagnetic induction module is disposed in the accommodation unit. The heat-dissipating component is disposed on the bottom case and is separated from the accommodation unit. The elastic clip is partially mounted on the heat-dissipating component. The printed wiring board has a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface faces the accommodation unit. The electronic component includes a main body and pin feet. The pin feet are electrically connected to the printed wiring board, and the main body is clamped between the heat-dissipating component and the elastic clip.

Electronic device and method for assembling the same

An electronic device includes a heat-dissipating base, a first printed wiring board assembly, and a second printed wiring board assembly. The first printed wiring board assembly is disposed on the heat-dissipating base. The first printed wiring board assembly includes a first printed wiring board and at least one first electronic component. The first electronic component is disposed on the first printed wiring board, such that the first printed wiring board assembly has a raised portion and a concave portion relative to the raised portion. The second printed wiring board assembly is at least partially disposed in the concave portion.

Electronic device and car battery charger

A housing covering an electronic component is provided. The housing includes a body, a first coupling portion, and a third coupling portion. The body has a first surface and a second surface connected to the first surface, and a normal direction of the first surface and a normal direction of the second surface are interlaced with each other. The first coupling portion is disposed on the first surface and detachably coupled with a second coupling portion of a terminal of the electronic component, such that degrees of freedom in a first direction and a second direction of the terminal are restricted. The third coupling portion is disposed on the second surface and detachably coupled with a fourth coupling portion of the terminal, such that a degree of freedom in a third direction of the terminal is restricted. The first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are linearly independent.

A power conversion device is provided. The power conversion device includes a printed wiring board assembly, a grounding member, and a plurality of insulating struts. The printed wiring board assembly includes a printed circuit board and a plurality of electronic components. The printed circuit board has a plurality of through holes. The electronic components are disposed on the printed circuit board. The insulating struts correspond to the through holes and physically connect and electrically insulate the printed circuit board and the grounding member.

Power conversion device and power conversion assembly

A heat-dissipating base is provided. The heat-dissipating base includes a main body and at least one first protrusion. The first protrusion is disposed on the main body. The first protrusion has at least one first protrusion top surface for thermally contacting at least one first component above the main body.

Heat-dissipating base and electronic device

A power converter device is disclosed herein. The power converter device includes a printed wiring board assembly, a cold plate base and a shell plate assembly. The cold plate base is fastened under the printed wiring board assembly for dissipating heat generated by the printed wiring board assembly. The shell plate assembly having a top shell plate, a bottom shell plate, at least two side plates respectively mounted on the cold plate base in different orientations. The printed wiring board assembly and the cold plate base are enclosed with the shell plate assembly.
