The present disclosure describes a drive circuit for an actuator of an actuator device. The drive circuit includes an interference suppression branch for reducing interferences. The interference suppression branch includes two conductor branches extending along a longitudinal axis and each comprising at least one conductor body. The two conductor branches extend through at least two imaginary conductor alignment sections of the interference suppression branch that are lined up in a row in an axial direction of the longitudinal axis. The two conductor branches have a first portion arranged inside a first conductor alignment section that run obliquely towards one another.

An actuator device for adjusting an adjusting element may include a housing, an actuator for driving the adjusting element, and a drive circuit for operating the actuator. The housing may include a support body that may include a drive receiving space and a gear receiving space. The drive circuit may include a plurality of electrically conductive conductor bodies for contacting a plurality of drive contacts of the actuator, for contacting a plurality of components of the drive circuit, and for contacting a supply device. At least one conductor body of the plurality of conductor bodies may be structured as a contact tongue, arranged on the drive circuit, and abut on an electrically conductive actuator housing in a pretensioned manner establishing an electrical contact between the drive circuit and the actuator housing. The actuator housing may be configured as at least one of a zero-ground potential and a reference potential.

An exhaust gas turbocharger assembly includes a turbocharger, an actuator, and a bolted connection for releasably securing the actuator housing on a housing flange of the turbocharger housing. The bolted connection includes a through opening, an aperture bounded at the circumference by an internal thread made of a metal, and a fit bolt with a bolt body which merges axially into a bolt head. The bolt body has a first axial body section with an external thread formed in a manner complementary to the internal thread of the aperture, and a second axial body section arranged axially between the bolt head and the first body section. The fit bolt engages through the through opening of the actuator housing in the internal thread of the aperture with the external thread to clamp the actuator housing between the housing flange of the turbocharger housing and the bolt head of the fit bolt.

A control device for mechanically actuating a component may include a housing surrounding a housing interior, at least one fastening sleeve integrally disposed on the housing, and at least one connection opening disposed at the at least one fastening sleeve. The at least one fastening sleeve may surround a fastening opening into which a pin-shaped fastening element may be insertable. One end of the at least one connection opening may lead to a sleeve inner side. The at least one fastening sleeve may be arranged at a housing outer side. The fastening opening may extend outside of the housing interior. Another end of the at least one connection opening may lead to a housing inner side. The at least one connection opening may be covered on the housing inner side via a membrane penetrable by gas and impenetrable by liquid.

A motor vehicle may include at least one actuating element and at least one actuator for adjusting the at least one actuating element. The at least one actuator may include a servomotor including an input shaft, and an output shaft rotatably mounted axially parallel the input shaft and radially spaced apart from the input shaft. The at least one actuating element may be drivingly connected to the output shaft and the output shaft may be configured to adjust the at least one actuating element. The at least one actuator may further include an input gear, an output gear, at least one input intermediate unit including a first input gear and a second input gear, and at least one output intermediate unit including a first output gear and a second output gear.

An assembly for a control device may include a housing part, a shaft rotatably supported on the housing part via a bearing device separate from the housing part, and a magnetic field sensor attached to the housing part, the magnetic field sensor interacting with a magnetic element attached to the shaft for conjoint rotation to determine a rotational angle position of the shaft in relation to the housing part. A bearing element of the bearing device may be received in a housing wall portion of the housing part configured in a complementary manner to the bearing element. On a face side of the shaft facing the magnetic field sensor, a recess may be formed in which the magnetic element may be at least partially received. The housing wall portion may be configured as a web with a ring segment-shaped geometry, which may partially enclose the bearing element externally.

Assembly for a controller with a magnetic field sensor

A method of manufacturing an assembly with a housing part and at least two conductors of shape sheet metal parts may include providing at least one first conductor formed from at least one sheet metal part and at least one second conductor formed from at least one sheet metal part. The method may then include arranging the first and second conductors in an injection mold in such a way that the first conductor may come into mechanical contact with the second conductor in a common contact zone to produce an electrical connection. The method may then include at least partially overmolding the first and second conductors with a plastic to form a joint housing part. The method may further include bonding the first and second conductors in a region of the common contact zone after at least partially overmolding the first and second conductors.

Method for manufacturing an arrangement comprising a housing part and at least two conductor paths

A valve train may include a camshaft having first and second slide guides, first and second cams mounted axially adjacent in torque-proof manners on the camshaft, and a cam follower adjustable between a first position, in which the cam follower is drivingly connected with the first cam, and a second position, in which the cam follower is drivingly connected with the second cam. The valve train may also include an adjustment arrangement having adjustable mechanical first and second engagement elements for axially adjusting the cam follower between first and second positions. Each engagement element may be adjustable between basic positions, in which no contact exists with a respective one of the slide guides, and switching positions, in which the respective engagement element cooperates with the slide guide. Each engagement element may have a spring that prestresses it into the switching position. The valve train may further include an arresting device and an actuator for each engagement element, wherein the arresting device, when in a locked position, holds the associated engagement element in the basic position, and the actuator releases the arresting device.

Valve train for an internal combustion engine

A valve train may include a camshaft, a cam follower, and first and second cams mounted axially adjacent in a torque-proof manner on the camshaft. The valve train may also include an adjustment arrangement having adjustable first and second mechanical engagement elements, which may each cooperate with at least one slide guide arranged on the camshaft. The valve train may further include a control shaft or control slide forming a stop for the first and second engagement elements and adjusting the first and second engagement elements into respective switching positions. The cam follower may be drivingly connected with the first and second cams in first and second positions, respectively. The first and second engagement elements may each be adjustable between respective basic positions, in which no contact exists with the associated slide guide, and the respective switching positions, in which the respective engagement element cooperates with the associated slide guide.
