In the context of an exemplary music-based scenario, an inviting user, while listening to music from any integrated music provider, may initiate a SLsession such that concurrent data streams are maintained and media playback information is managed separately from media content playback channels. Information about playback events is continuously transmitted via facilitated sockets. Participant consumers may consume shared content (LL) by tapping a proprietary resolution method to identify and properly source the media content the broadcaster is sharing. Independent social broadcast streams may also be overlaid atop the direct playback of media content from a preferred provider as governed by the proprietary resolution method. An event-handling micro-service maintains and combines the broadcaster's content playback actions and social content, which are synchronized on multiple participant devices.

Still other structures harness material-philic properties of liquids for further effecting rapid heat transfers and liquid directional control mechanisms. Low-profile liquid container lid assembly

A container lid assembly outfits a container includes a lower lid construction and a slider element. The slider element is received in the lower lid construction and is linearly displaceable in a back and forth manner relative to the lower lid construction for opening and closing the container lid. The lower lid construction includes concave surfacing and the slider element includes convex surfacing. The slider element seats atop the lower lid construction such that the convex surfacing and concave surfacing form a spherical surface-to-surface seal and enabling slidable open-close functionality. The slider element is resiliently actuable when seated atop the lower lid construction for enhancing seated engagement therebetween. A beverage service system, assembly, and method enable a consumer to portably consume a beverage output from a single-service beverage media container. The beverage service system incorporates a lid formation and a liquid container. The lid formation is configured to receive and retain a single-service beverage media container, and provides a primary beverage outlet, a container-receiving aperture, and a container retention mechanism. The single-service beverage media container is received in the container-receiving aperture and retained by the container retention mechanism. The lid formation is attached to the primary liquid container thereby forming a lid-container combination. A liquid such as hot water may be directed through the single-service beverage media container as received and retained by the lid formation for outputting beverage therefrom into the liquid container. The beverage, as outlet from the lid formation and collected in the liquid container, may then be consumed via the primary beverage outlet.

Portable beverage system and assembly

A re-closeable cap is outfitted upon an upper portion of a beverage can or a series of beverage cans in a multi-pack arrangement for providing a protective barrier atop opened beverage cans. A package assembly enables a user to adjust package assembly volume and includes a first (static or dynamic) package body and a second dynamic package body. The first package body has an upper body rim. Each dynamic package body provides a dynamic lid volume and has a rim-receiving groove, a lid wall, and at least one resilient portion. The rim-receiving groove is removably attachable to the upper body rim for defining a dynamic package assembly volume with the package body when in a closed configuration with the first package body. A data handling or patching system operates to reduce redundant data within a data storage. Data files are compared, and a data difference is output. In files that have very similar data, the data difference between values is relatively small, and thus when a basic data file and a data difference file are stored, data redundancy is significantly reduced. A stateless queue system implements and supports a virtual room containing a content playback queue. The system allows multiple clients to listen to queued content in a synchronized manner and to modify the same queue without requiring a broadcasting client to send playback events. The system includes a multiplicity of computing clients that can add content items to the queue by interacting with an application service. The clients are enabled to add content to the queue in a number of ways, including by simple add-on to the bottom of the queue, by vote, or by direct modification of the queue structure. Upon client entrance into the playback session, data is provided to the client that represent the queue order at the time of request, the number of votes each items contains if structure is determined by vote, the start time for each queued item, and the current playing item.
