A utility pole assembly includes an elongated structure and sensors mounted on the elongated structure for detecting and determining deflection and/or tilt. The elongated structure has a first end configured to be fixed into a ground and a second end that is free and located opposite the first end. A first sensor is positioned on the elongated body at or near the second end, and a second sensor is positioned on the elongated body between the first tilt sensor and the first end of the elongated body. The first and second sensors each include sensor circuitry configured for measuring movements in tilt values in at least two axes, which can be converted to tilt angles. The first and second tilt sensors, in combination, are configured for determining and distinguishing between elastic deflection of the elongated body and tilt of the elongated body.

A system facilitates the procurement of one or more document services for a document directly from a document preparation software application used to create the document. The system activates a graphical user interface within the document preparation software application, contacts a server to identify available document services, and configures the graphical user interface based on the available document services. The system detects selection of one of the available document services and provides the document from the document preparation software application to one or more service providers for performance of the selected document service.

Systems and methods for providing electronic document services

An infusion beverage package includes a body portion having overlying layers of porous material that are joined to form at least one compartment for carrying infusion beverage product in addition to a weight that causes the body portion to sink in water. Alternatively, the weight may be realized by a dissolvable agent such as a sweetener. A multi-compartment single bag design and dual-bag designs are illustrated.
