A toy vehicle track piece of present application includes one or more connectors. Thus, two track pieces can be connected directly to each other without any additional pieces (e.g., without separate connectors pieces or pins). Moreover, the connectors are specifically designed so that young children can easily connect and disconnect two track pieces without parental intervention. Additionally or alternatively, the track pieces presented herein, as well as accessories associated therewith, may be designed to assemble at specific grid locations so that any configuration of track pieces can be connected together to form a closed track path.

Toy vehicle track

A toy vehicle launcher is movable to a plurality of launching locations disposed along one or more pathways of a toy vehicle track set. The toy vehicle launcher is configured to impart a launching force to a toy vehicle when the toy vehicle launcher is disposed in one of the plurality of launching locations, and the toy vehicle launcher is configured to prevent the launching force from being imparted to the toy vehicle while the toy vehicle launcher is moving between the plurality of launching locations. Additionally or alternatively, the toy vehicle launcher may be configured to impart different launching forces of different magnitudes to the toy vehicle at different locations of the plurality of launching locations.

Coupling arrangement for a toy vehicle track piece

An improved toy vehicle playset contains a base, a tower, a launcher, and a housing structure. The tower may be equipped with a track disposed around the tower. An interactive object may be moveably coupled to the tower and equipped with a mechanism that is repositionable between an engaged position, where the mechanism is engaged with the track of the tower, and a disengaged position, where the mechanism is disengaged from the track of the tower. When in the mechanism is in the engaged position, the interactive object may descend the tower along the track. When the mechanism is in the disengaged position, the interactive object may descend linearly or fall along the tower without following the track. The launcher may be configured to launch toy vehicles at the interactive object to actuate the mechanism to be repositioned from the engaged position to the disengaged position.

A toy vehicle track set is disclosed herein. The track set includes at least one track section and a support that can hold the track section in a particular orientation or position relative to a support surface. In one embodiment, the support includes a base, a support member that is coupleable to the base, and a coupler that is connected to the support member. The track section can be engaged with the coupler which is movably mounted to the support member.

Toy vehicle track set

A toy vehicle launcher translates a substantially vertical activation movement into a substantially lateral movement that launches a toy vehicle. The end of a lever arm used in the activation engages a vertical channel in a toy vehicle engagement mechanism. The vertical channel allows the end of the lever arm to move vertically within the channel with respect to the toy vehicle engagement mechanism as the lever arm rotates and the toy vehicle engagement mechanism moves laterally. The toy vehicle engagement mechanism engages a guide track in a base of the launcher. The guide track defines a lateral path that the toy vehicle engagement mechanism travels when moving between a loading configuration and a launching configuration. Thus, vertical movement from the activation is reduced in the transfer to the lateral toy vehicle launch.

A toy vehicle track set according to present invention includes a first track portion, a second track portion, a base to which the first and second track portions are coupled, and a carriage. At least one of the first track portion and the second track portion is repositionable about the base with respect to the other track portion and the carriage is movably coupled to the base. The carriage is positionable proximate to the first track portion, the second track portion, or both the first and second track portions.

A mounting system is provided herein. The mounting system having: a plurality of wall mounts for releasably securing a plurality of items to a vertical surface; and a template having a plurality of cutouts located in a plurality of locations on the template, wherein the plurality of cutouts of the template are each configured to receive at least a portion of one of the plurality of wall mounts therein.

Disclosed herein is a toy launcher including a base having a slot and a housing movably coupled to move along the slot. The housing has a latch pivotally coupled to the housing and the latch has a first portion and a second portion. The weight of the first portion of the latch is greater than the weight of the second portion of the latch. The second portion of the latch engages with a toy and the first portion of the latch corresponds to a rear portion of the toy. A first engagement element is coupled to the base near a first end of the base and a second engagement element is coupled to the housing and movable along the slot. The second engagement element is configured to couple with the first engagement element to retain the housing in a fixed position against a force of a biasing member. A release mechanism is coupled to the base. The release mechanism is configured to disengage the first engagement element from the second engagement element so that the biasing member moves the housing and the latch away from the first engagement element and the latch pushes the toy to launch the toy from the base.

Toy launcher

A toy racetrack including a partial loop section is configured to maintain a partial loop configuration when maintained in an unloaded, freestanding configuration, and to collapse when in a loaded state in which a toy vehicle passes over such partial loop section. When a force is applied to the upper section of the pathway from a traversing toy vehicle, the added force shifts the center of gravity past the balancing point that maintains the partial loop section in its freestanding configuration, and the partial loop section collapses. A spring-loaded head may be provided at the end of the upper portion of the partial loop section, and may be configured to spring away from the partial loop section when contacted by a toy vehicle. A wind-up motor may be provided that drives a diverter in the base of the partial loop section, which may direct a toy vehicle through the partial loop section or onto an alternative racetrack path.

A toy apparatus includes a base having a first surface, a wall movably coupled to the base, and an actuation element located on the first surface of the base. The actuation element is rotatably coupled to the base, the actuation element being rotatable relative to the base in a first direction and in a second direction opposite the first direction. The actuation element includes a main body, and first and second extensions coupled to the main body. The first extension has first and second engageable surfaces, the actuation element rotating in the first direction when a force is applied to the first engageable surface and in the second direction when a force is applied to the second engageable surface. The second extension engages and moves the wall relative to the base when the actuation element rotates.

A track set is provided. The track set includes a first track segment and a carriage. The first track segment has a first pivot and is rotatable about the first pivot from a first position to a second position. The carriage is rotationally coupled to an end of the first track segment by a second pivot. The carriage is configured to rotate about the second pivot as the first track segment rotates from the first position to the second position.

A track set and a plurality of wall mounts is disclosed herein, each of the plurality of wall mounts having: a planar member; a mount member configured to be snap fittingly engaged into the planar member; wherein the mount member is configured to releasably engage a front surface of the planar member and wherein the front surface of planar member further comprises a ledge portion that is configured to engage a bottom portion of the mount member and a1 feature that is configured to engage an upper portion of the mount member. The track set having a first track segment configured to engage at least one of the plurality of wall mounts and direct an object in a first direction generally down the first track segment; and a U-turn device configured to receive the object from the first track segment and redirect the object it in a direction substantially opposite to the first direction down a second track segment. The second track segment being configured to engage at least another one of the plurality of wall mounts.
