A drive component is disclosed. The drive component may include a base of a first material having a first hardness and a plurality of wear inserts of a second material having a second hardness greater than the first hardness. The plurality of wear inserts may extend from an interior of the base to an exterior surface of the base. The base and the plurality of wear inserts may be a composite casting.

A shroud for a track shoe grouser protector includes an elongate shroud body having weld holes formed in a first shroud leg and a second shroud leg attached to a base in the elongate shroud body. The shroud may have a fore to aft profile having the form of a flat-crowned arch with the shroud legs flared outward to form a grouser opening for positioning the shroud upon a track shoe grouser in a ground-engaging track system. An inventory of shrouds includes long shrouds and short shrouds positionable in a plurality of different assembly combinations to shield grousers in track shoes having a range of sizes.

A track shoe assembly includes a pad portion, and a grouser that extends from the pad portion along a direction that is perpendicular to the pad portion, terminating at a free end. A first cap is attached to the grouser, at least partially covering the free end of the grouser. The cap comprises a wear resistant material such as a white iron material or a carbide material.

A track shoe cover may include a roller engaging surface and a shoe engaging surface. The shoe engaging surface may include a shoe engaging recess defined on at least two opposite sides by a set of side walls, and a respective attachment groove included in the set of side walls. The respective attachment groove may be configured to facilitate mechanical connection of the track shoe cover and a crawler shoe.

An induction coil assembly includes an annular member extending from a first end to a second end, and extending about a longitudinal axis; a first leg extending from the first end of the annular member, and including a first electrical connection portion and a first axial portion; and a second leg extending from the second end of the annular member, and including a second electrical connection portion and a second axial portion. A method for manufacturing an induction coil assembly is disclosed. The method includes preparing a Computer Aided Design (CAD) model of an induction coil. The method further includes communicating the CAD model of the induction coil with a Three Dimensional (3D) printing machine The method further includes operating the 3D printing machine to deposit a plurality of layers of copper material one above other to manufacture the induction coil corresponding to the CAD model. The method further includes forming at least one hole in an annular member of the induction coil to receive a coolant and at least one hole in a first leg and a second leg to discharge the coolant.
