The invention is generally applicable to a composting container. More specifically, a compositing container is provided that includes a body defining a cavity for receiving material to be composted and an agitator mechanism for agitating or otherwise moving, stirring, shifting, disturbing, disrupting or displacing the material in the cavity. In various additional embodiments, a grating is situated in the cavity that divides the cavity into an upper portion and a lower portion.

A method and device for tissue removal. The device may be used to remove uterine fibroids and other abnormal gynecological tissue. According to one embodiment, the device includes a housing, an outer tube, and an inner tube. The outer tube is fixed to the housing and includes a side window proximate to its distal end. The side window may have sloped proximal and distal ends. The inner tube has a distal end positioned within the outer tube, the distal end being adapted to rotate and, at the same time, to move back and forth past the side window, with the rotational and translational movement of the inner tube being independently controllable. The distal end of the inner tube may have an external bevel. Suction is applied to the proximal end of the inner tube to draw tissue into the side window and to remove resected tissue through the inner tube.

Method, system and device for tissue removal

A biodegradable lawn waste collection system is provided. The system generally includes a waste receiver, a shaping insert, and a handle. The waste receiver may comprise a mesh structure having a filling end and a sealing end. The mesh structure may be formed from a biodegradable polymer composition. The shaping insert is configured for removable reception within the filling end of the waste receiver. The shaping insert provides the waste receiver with rigidity and stability when filling the waste receiver with lawn waste. After the waste receiver has been filled with lawn waste, the shaping inert is removed and the filling end is secured, such as by tying a knot. The full waste receiver is then releasably attached to the handle, which enables the full waste receiver to be easily carried or dragged to a desired destination.

The present invention comprises a portable measuring vessel with a removably attached digital measuring device. The digital measuring device includes one or more load cells, one or more processors, an input unit, and an output unit. Preferably the input unit is one or more finger-actuatable switches and the output unit is a visual display, such as an LCD. The processor is connected to the input, output, load cell and power source, thereby making a convenient, portable and easily used product.

An electronic device support having a surface upon which electronic devices rest, such as a shelf, and one or more power sockets into which the power cord for the device is plugged. A first embodiment has a shelf, a rear panel and a moveable fa&#xe7;ade covering over a power strip. The ears are removable and have a female, non-powered socket therein. A third embodiment has a deck shelf and a base with a power strip mounted therebetween. Apertures in the deck permit cords and other items to be inserted therethrough, and a groove on the deck prevents rolling of items. A fourth embodiment has a tower body with a plurality of moveable shelves, a plurality of electrical sockets and channels for hiding cords.

The shopping cart stroller comprises a frame supported on wheels for rolling movement, a seat mounted to the frame and being shiftable between an unfolded position in which the seat is positioned to support the passenger and a folded position in which the folded seat defines a portion of a forward cargo area, a rearward cargo area defined by a rearward portion of the frame, and a lower cargo area defined by a lower portion of the frame.

A mop having a mop head with a first sponge member supported to a bottom side thereof and defining a first floor engaging surface. A second sponge member is supported on the mop head and defines a second floor engaging surface. The second sponge member retains a releasable cleaning substance for facilitating cleaning of a surface engaged by the mop. In addition, the second sponge member forms a replaceable auxiliary member which is detachably mounted to the mop head and includes hinged retention members for engaging within receptor passages defined in the mop head wherein the retention members facilitate engagement with and disengagement from the mop head.

The back section includes an elongated pivot frame connected to the seat section at a pivot connection, and a sliding frame supported for longitudinal sliding movement along the pivot frame. A coupling member is supported on the pivot frame for rotational movement and includes telescoping members engaged with the sliding frame wherein the coupling member is rotated by a linkage during pivotal movement of the back section to cause the sliding frame to move longitudinally of the pivot frame to accommodate movement of a patient's back relative to the pivot frame as the pivot frame is pivoted.

An insole assembly for footwear includes a cushioning member and an underlying resilient support member. The cushioning member has an undersurface with a first region beneath a wearer's heel and a second region extending beneath a wearer's arch. The resilient support member has a body and at least one resilient cantilevered arm with a first end attached to the body and a second end extending beneath the second region of the cushioning member. The cantilevered arm defines an arch support surface in supporting engagement with the undersurface of the cushioning member.

A ball glove having a plurality of generally axially oriented ridges, protruding outwardly from the frontal surface of the glove. The ridges extend from the proximal edge to the distal, peripheral edge of the glove and have protrusions formed near the finger tips. The protrusions taper gradually at their distal end and have a shoulder formed at their proximal ends. The glove has a glove-like handpiece removably attached to a shell. The shell includes a plurality of generally axially oriented, flexible, elongated ribs corresponding to the thumb and fingers of the wearer, and an elastomeric polymer skin which is more flexible than the ribs and is conformingly attached to the ribs.

A baseball or softball glove comprising a shell having a concave, frontal, ball-receiving surface and a rear surface to which a handpiece is attached. The handpiece may be removably or permanently attached and may comprise finger receiving loops formed on the rear surface of the shell. The handpiece is preferably a tight fitting, leather or fabric glove. The preferred shell comprises a sheet-like, flexible skin of a selected flexibility attached to a structural skeleton having a lower flexibility than the skin. A plurality of raised bumps are formed on the ball-receiving surface of the shell near a palm region and around the outer perimeter. Elongated slots are formed through the shell, extending generally parallel to and between finger regions, and in a web region. Preferred lines of flexure are formed at at least one end of each slot, and are localized, thinned regions, along which the shell preferably flexes.

The system includes an elongated web protector having a U-shaped cross-section which fits over and protects the partition wall.
