A piston, in particular for a gear-change selector, including a piston body with a piston skirt and with a piston end face which can be pressurised with a working fluid. The piston includes a first sealing portion and a second sealing portion. The piston body and the first sealing portion have mutually complementary geometries so that they form a first vent channel. The first vent channel is arranged in a hydraulic series circuit with the second sealing portion. The second sealing portion prevents venting up to a first pressure and allows this above the first pressure. The invention furthermore concerns a gear-change selector and a gearshift for a vehicle.

A device for vibration reduction in a hydraulic actuating system has a housing in which a pressure chamber is able to be disposed in fluid connection with the actuating system by way of at least one connection and bounded by a resilient membrane. The membrane has a pressure-loadable surface and a surface which is remote therefrom and provided with a profiling, by way of which the membrane when loaded with pressure can be supported on a fixed wall section of the housing and which has at least one web section comprising at least one web with a web foot, a web end adjacent to the wall section, and a defined web cross-section. The web is of asymmetrical construction with respect to a notional plane extending normal to the pressure-loadable surface through the web foot and perpendicularly to the web cross-section.

Device for reducing vibrations in a hydraulic actuating system, particularly hydraulic clutch actuating system for motor vehicles

The invention relates to a device that is always open for the pressure medium for reducing pressure pulsations and that can be switched between a pressure chamber of a slave cylinder and a pressure chamber of a master cylinder of a hydraulic force transmission system for motor vehicles. The device has an additional line section in the form of a channel having an opening on the slave cylinder side, an opening on the master cylinder side, and a channel length equaling a multiple of the direct distance between the two openings, and a volume receiver that can be elastically deformed under pressure, wherein the channel and the volume receiver are combined into an assembly in a housing. The result according to the invention is a device that not only has very good vibration dampening properties, but is also very compact and has a cost-effective design.

Device for reducing pressure pulsations

A slave cylinder for a vibration-damped hydraulic force transmission system, particularly a hydraulic clutch actuating system for motor vehicles is disclosed, comprising a cylinder housing, a piston received therein to be longitudinally displaceable and a pressure chamber which is bounded by the cylinder housing and the piston and which can be selectably acted on by a pressure medium, by way of a pressure connection provided in the cylinder housing, in order to displace the piston in the cylinder housing. An insert member which is inserted in the pressure chamber and secured in the pressure connection and which is equipped with a device for reducing pressure pulses, the device being constantly open to the pressure medium, is additionally provided. As a result, the vibration-damping measures or means are integrated in the slave cylinder in a particularly economic and space-saving manner.
