A computer-implemented method of remotely influencing a performer at a live event is disclosed herein. The method, for example, can be implemented via a customer device including a display, a processor, and a memory configured to store an application that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the method. The method can include displaying a graphical user interface configured to receive user inputs, receiving a first user input including a user request for the performer to take a user-specified action during the live event, displaying terms and conditions associated with the user request, receiving a second user input including a user acceptance of the terms and conditions associated with the user request, and transmitting the user request to a performer device upon receiving the user acceptance of the terms and conditions associated with the user request.

Systems and methods for remotely interacting with performers and influencing live events

A computer-implemented method of remotely influencing a performer at a live event via a customer mobile device is disclosed herein. The method includes: displaying a graphical user interface configured to receive user inputs; receiving a first user input including a user request for the performer at the live event; presenting predetermined terms and conditions associated with the user request; receiving a second user input including a user acceptance of the terms and conditions associated with the user request; transmitting the user request to a host server upon receiving the user acceptance of the terms and conditions associated with the user request; receiving a confirmation of the terms and conditions associated with the user request from the host server; and transmitting the user request for receipt by a performer mobile device of the performer during the live event.

A device for adding a scent to a fishing lure, the device including: at least one electrode; and (i) a conductive element configured to place the fishing lure in conductive communication with the at least one electrode; and a control unit configured to activate the at least one electrode to cause the at least one electrode to impart a charge on the fishing lure via the conductive element, or (ii) a source of scented liquid; a heating mechanism; and a control unit configured to (a) activate the at least one electrode to cause the at least one electrode to impart a charge on the fishing lure, and (b) create steam from the scented liquid, wherein ions from the steam are attracted to the fishing lure when the charge is imparted on the fishing lure by the at least one electrode.

Apparatus and method for embedding a scent in a fishing lure

The present disclosure is directed to fishing lures with interchangeable scents and methods of embedding scents in fishing lures. In an embodiment, a fishing lure configured to be customized with different scents includes a body, and a plurality of attachments configured to be attached to and detached from the body, wherein a first attachment of the plurality of attachments includes a first scent, and a second attachment of the plurality of attachments includes a second scent, and wherein the first attachment and the second attachment can be interchangeably attached to and detached from the body at a same location of the body.

Fishing lures with interchangeable scents and methods for embedding scents in fishing lures

The present disclosure is directed to methods and apparatuses for embedding a scent in a fishing lure. In a general example embodiment, a device for adding a scent to a fishing lure includes a body including an inner space configured to be isolated from an outside environment and a container for a scented liquid, an attachment mechanism configured to suspend the fishing lure within the inner space of the body, a heating mechanism configured to raise the temperature of the scented liquid to create steam, and a control unit configured to cause at least one of: (i) a pressurization mechanism to increase pressure within the inner space to cause the steam to add a scent to the fishing lure; or (ii) a charge to be applied to the fishing lure to cause the steam to add the scent to the fishing lure.

Apparatuses and methods for embedding a scent in a fishing lure

A flipper device that provides a swimmer with functional use of the flipper when fully assembled, and easy, convenient use of same when the swimmer desires to walk in the flipper. In embodiment, the flipper device includes a fin positionable in (i) a swimming orientation in which the fin is configured to aid a swimmer in moving through water, and (ii) a storage orientation in which the fin is configured to be stored differently than in the swimming orientation, wherein the fin is constructed and arranged to be (a) at least partially collapsed in size to a side of the fin when converted from the swimming orientation to the storage orientation, and (b) secured in the storage orientation while collapsed in size to the side when not being used by the swimmer.

Flipper device and methods for using same

A flipper device that provides a swimmer with functional use of the flipper when fully assembled, and easy, convenient use of same when the swimmer desires to walk in the flipper. In embodiment, the flipper device includes a boot and a fin that is at least partially collapsible, removable from the boot, stored in a substantially vertical orientation on the boot, and secured in its substantially vertical orientation by a securing component. The boot includes a first portion of a fastener, and the securing component. The fin includes a second portion of the fastener that is capable of engaging the first portion of the fastener to removably attach the fin to the boot.

The present invention is directed to incrementing a well service rig in such a manner that activity-based and/or time-based data for the well site is recorded. The acquired data can be transmitted via wired, wireless, satellite or physical to a data center preferably controlled by the work-over rig owner, but alternately controlled by the well owner or another. The data can thereafter be used to provide the customer a detailed invoice or a searchable, secure web-based database. With such information, the customer can schedule other services at the well site. Further, the customer will have access to detailed data on the actual service performed. The present invention fosters a synergistic relationship among the customer and the service companies that promotes a safe environment by monitoring crew work activities and equipment speeds; improving productivity; reducing operation expenses through improved job processes; and better data management and reduced operational failures.
