According to an aspect, an inflatable implant includes a fluid reservoir configured to hold fluid; an inflatable member; and a pump assembly configured to transfer fluid from the fluid reservoir to the inflatable member, the inflatable member including a body member and a core member, the body member defining a first cavity and a second cavity, the core member being disposed within the first cavity, the second cavity being configured to receive the fluid.

Described are various embodiments of surgical procedures, systems, implants, devices, tools, and methods, useful for treating pelvic conditions in a male or female, the pelvic conditions including incontinence (various forms such as fecal incontinence, stress urinary incontinence, urge incontinence, mixed incontinence, etc.), vaginal prolapse (including various forms such as enterocele, cystocele, rectocele, apical or vault prolapse, uterine descent, etc.), and other conditions caused by muscle and ligament weakness, the devices and tools including devices and tools for anchoring an implant to supportive tissue and adjusting the implant.

Implants, tools, and methods for treatment of pelvic conditions

A system includes an introducer sheath having a sheath wall and a longitudinal axis, an electrode lead including a lead body and at least one electrode at a distal end of the lead body. The distal end of the lead body is received within the sheath. At least one anchor wire is within the sheath and has a proximal end attached to the distal end of the lead body. The a least one anchor wire moves through at least one opening in the sheath wall responsive to movement of the lead body relative to the introducer sheath.

Deployable electrode lead anchor

An implantable electrode assembly configured to deliver electrical stimulation signals to tissue of a patient includes an implantable mesh comprising a plurality of electrically conductive wires. A plurality of electrodes are fastened to the electrically conductive wires. The electrodes include a stimulation surface and an electrically conductive path between the stimulation surface and the wire, to which the electrode is attached. In one embodiment, the plurality of electrodes each comprise first and second members that are fastened together around one of the electrically conductive wires.

Implantable electrode assembly

One embodiment of an electrode lead comprises a lead body, at least one electrode at a distal end of the lead body, an actuatable member and at least one anchor wire. The actuatable member is positioned within a lumen of the lead body. The at least one anchor wire has a proximal end that is attached to the actuatable member. Movement of the actuatable member relative to the lead body moves the at least one anchor wire through at least one opening in the lead body.

Various embodiments of an implant system are provided. The implant, such as a mesh implant, can include a support structure, e.g., mesh sling or implant, one or more stimulation elements (e.g., leads), and an energizing element. Leads or electrodes can be positioned in desired stimulation zones of the implant. As such, the implant can include multiple electrically isolated mesh electrode pads or regions.
