A method and apparatus for sanitizing a dispenser () is provided in which a sanitizing cup () is coupled to the dispenser after removing a nozzle (). The sanitizing cup () is filled with a sanitizer, and flushed through a check valve (). Flushing may be accomplished by dispensing water from the dispenser () while the sanitizing cup () is coupled to the dispenser ().

Methods and apparatus for sanitizing dispensers

A used transportation tube is replaced with a new transportation tube by moving a lever of a coupler from an engaged position to a disengaged position such that a fitment of the transportation tube releases a keg valve assembly. The fitment is removed from a top end of the coupler, and the transportation tube is removed from a faucet and tower of a beer dispensing system. A new transportation tube is inserted into the tower and faucet of the beer dispensing system. A fitment of the new transportation tube is inserted through the top end of the coupler and into a bore of the coupler. The lever is moved from its disengaged position to its engaged position, whereby the lever pushes the fitment downward within the bore such that the fitment opens the keg valve assembly thereby facilitating beer flow from the keg through the transportation tube.

Method of changing a transportation tube for a beer dispensing system

A creamy foam beer dispensing system includes a coupler removably securable with a keg, a transportation tube, and a faucet having a handle coupled with a plunger communicating with the transportation tube. The handle is movable among a closed position, an open position, and a creamy foam position. In the closed position, the handle maintains the plunger squeezed against the transportation tube such that no beer flows from the faucet. In the open position, the handle lifts the plunger substantially, completely off the transportation tube such that beer flows smoothly from the faucet. In the creamy foam position, the handle lifts the plunger off the transportation tube a distance such that an aperture created in the transportation tube produces creamy foam flow from the faucet.

Creamy foam beer dispensing system

A beverage dispenser includes a tower head disposed atop a tower, and at least one beverage syrup flow path having at least one control module disposed within the tower to regulate the flow of a beverage syrup through the flow path, thereby reducing the size requirements for the tower head. The beverage dispenser may further include additional flow paths to add variable products. The beverage dispenser further includes a control board including at least one input and output device disposed on a top of the beverage dispenser, such that an operator may easily interact with the control board to configure the beverage dispenser. The beverage dispenser may be utilized in a master/slave arrangement, wherein a slave beverage dispenser without a control panel is disposed adjacent to and in communication with the control board of the master beverage dispenser, such that the master beverage dispenser conducts all global and configuration operations.

Tower dispenser

A multiple-temperature beer dispensing system () (and related methods) is provided in which a plurality of beer sources () are coupled to a plurality of taps (). Heat exchangers () may be disposed between one or more of the beer sources () and one or more of the taps (). Beer temperatures may be controlled with a controller (), sensors () and valves (). Also provided is system () that allows a single tap () to dispense beer at more than one temperature. Also provided is a controlled temperature storage chamber () and a tube bundle ().

Methods and apparatus for beer dispensing systems

A dispenser system includes a product source, a cooling unit, an agitator, a dispensing station coupled with the product source, a sensor, and a controller. The cooling unit cools product delivered to the dispensing station from the product source. The agitator is disposed in the cooling unit and circulates cooling fluid contained in the cooling unit. The sensor measures an operating parameter of the dispenser system and outputs a signal representative thereof. The controller, responsive to the signal output by the sensor, operates the agitator at a lower speed when the signal output by the sensor indicates the dispenser system is operating in a desired stable state. Alternatively, the controller, responsive to the signal output by the sensor, operates the agitator at a higher speed when the signal output by the sensor indicates the dispenser system is not operating in the desired stable state.

Beverage dispenser

An arrangement for a beverage dispenser carbonation unit generally comprises a two-part cold plate for cooling fluids. The first part is cooled by ice contained within an adjacent ice bin. The second part is cooled by proximity to the ice within the ice bin as well as a fluid conveyed through the first part and then the second part. The second part of the cold plate comprises a sleeve, preferably integral therewith, for receiving a carbonator unit and maintaining the carbonator unit at a reduced temperature. A re-circulation pump is provided for conveyance of the fluid between the two parts of the cold plate.
