A planetary gear box (and method of assembly), where the gear box includes a sun gear, a plurality of planet gears, a ring gear, a plurality of planet pins, an axially forward carrier plate and an axially rearward carrier plate. Each planet pin is fixed respectively at its axially forward end on the axially forward carrier plate and at its axially rearward end on the axially rearward carrier plate of the planetary gear box. The planet pin is of two-part design and forms a radially outer pin part and a radially inner pin part, which are connected to one another in a manner precluding relative rotation therebetween, wherein the radially outer pin part forms a bearing with the planet gear, and only the radially inner pin part is fixed at its axial ends to the forward and rearward carrier plates.

Planetary gearbox

The invention concerns a planetary gear box, which has a sun gear, a plurality of planet gears, a ring gear and a plurality of plain bearing pins. Here, a plain bearing pin is arranged in each planet gear, wherein the plain bearing pin and the planet gear form a lubricated plain bearing, and the plain bearing pin forms a crowning at its contact face, wherein the outer diameter of the contact face decreases from a maximum outer diameter towards at least one axial end of the contact face. The crowning of the contact face is configured such that the contact face is concavely shaped adjacent to at least one axial end of the contact face or to a cylindrical region adjoining the axial end.

Planetary gear box

The invention relates to a planetary gear box, which has a sun gear, a plurality of planet gears, a ring gear, a plurality of plain bearing pins and an axially front carrier plate and an axially rear carrier plate. The plain bearing pin and the planet gear here configure a lubricated plain bearing which includes a plain bearing gap. Furthermore, the plain bearing pin, on the contact face thereof, configures a feed pocket which is provided and configured to receive oil and during the operation deliver oil in the circumferential direction to the plain bearing by way of a delivery edge. It is provided that the feed pocket is configured in the contact face of the plain bearing pin in such a manner that the delivery edge has a profile that deviates from a straight profile parallel to the longitudinal axis of the plain bearing pin.

A planetary gearing includes a sun gear rotating about a rotation axis and driven by a sun shaft; planet gears driven by the sun gear, each planet gear having an axially forward face side and an axially rearward face side; a ring gear engaging the planet gears; and planet slide bearing pins, wherein respectively one planet slide bearing pin is arranged inside a planet gear forming a lubricated journal bearing. At an axially forward face side and/or axially rearward face side, each planet gear forms a recess that extends inside the planet gear starting from the face side, and the planet slide bearing pins respectively form one crowning at their abutment surface such that their outer diameter decreases from a maximum outer diameter to at least an axial end of the abutment surface and has a minimum at the axial end.

Planetary gearing

A planetary gearing includes a sun gear rotating about a rotation axis and driven by a sun shaft; planet gears driven by the sun gear; a ring gear engaging the planet gears; and a plurality of planet pins that respectively include an outer-side abutment surface having an axially forward end and an axially rearward end. Respectively, one planet pin is arranged inside a planet gear, and the planet pin and the planet gear form a lubricated journal bearing. At an axially forward face side and/or axially rearward face side, each planet gear forms a recess that extends inside the planet gear starting from the face side. The planet pins respectively form a crowning at their abutment surface such that their outer diameter decreases from a maximum outer diameter towards at least one axial end of the abutment surface, and has a minimum at the axial end.
