A game table for playing a game with a gamepiece includes a playing surface and the gamepiece is movable along the playing surface through the application of gaming forces. A first endwall extends generally perpendicularly from the playing surface and has a first wall length. A second endwall extends generally perpendicularly from the playing surface and is located on an opposite side of the playing surface from the first endwall. A first goal, comprised of at least one proximity sensor, is located along the first endwall and has a first goal length. The first goal length is adjustable.

Virtual goal for a game table

A combination of an elevated platform and a game table having a support structure including a game table and an elevated platform. The elevated platform including at least one support arm releasably connectable to the support structure in a play position and further connectable to the support structure in a storage position. The elevated platform may be coupled to the game table for translation relative to the support structure between the play and storage positions. The elevated platform may also be hingedly coupled to the supporting structure.

A game table for playing a game with a game piece including a playing surface, a first endwall extending generally perpendicularly from the playing surface and a second endwall extending generally perpendicularly from the playing surface at an opposite side of the playing surface from the first endwall. The game piece is movable along the playing surface through the application of gaming forces. The first endwall having a first wall length and a first goal is located along the first endwall. The first goal is comprised of a proximity sensor and has a first goal length. A continuous play goal mechanism is mounted proximate the first goal that urges the game piece away from the first goal when the game piece enters the first goal.

An electronically-scored game comprises an electronic controller and at least one sensor operatively connected with the controller, the at least one sensor adapted to detect at least one activity associated with the game and to generate a signal. A memory stores information corresponding to a plurality of audible recordings, the memory operatively connected with the controller. A sound generator is operatively connected with the controller. A speaker is operatively connected with the sound generator. Upon detection of the at least one activity associated with the game, the signal from the sensor activates the controller to cause at least one of the plurality of audible recordings to be selected and played by the sound generator through the speaker.

Electronically-scored game providing audible feedback and method of use

A ball return mechanism for use with a table tennis table for returning a ball to a player. The table tennis table includes a net, a first side and a second side located on opposite sides of the net. The ball return mechanism includes a first return line including a net end and a terminal end. The net end is mounted to the net at a first joint and the terminal end is located proximate a first end edge of the first side. A first guide mechanism holds the first return line in position away from a playing area of the table tennis table.

Improvements for use with table games include a first set of improvements which allow a player of a table game to more securely hold a paddle used in playing the table game. A second set of improvements provides a visual barrier which obscures a player's view of a playing surface of a game table, providing for more dynamic, challenging and entertaining play. A third set of improvements provides an elevated platform allowing players of significantly differing heights to comfortably, conveniently and safely use a table game with a table surface of a fixed height.

A collapsible table comprises a frame formed from a plurality of pivotally connected frame members, the frame being movable between an expanded configuration and a collapsed configuration. A table top is connected to the frame, the table top including at least one drink holder. A container assembly having a flange portion is provided with mounting holes and a container pouch. The container assembly is connected to the frame at a position beneath the table top by the plurality of frame members being inserted though the mounting holes.

A first portable game board is formed by a combination of a collapsible table and at least one panel connectable to the table and having at least one game board pattern disposed on a first side of the panel. A second portable game board is formed by a combination of a sleeve having a game board pattern disposed on at least one side of the sleeve and a panel insert. The second portable game board may be further combined with the collapsible table.

A cabinet for housing a dart game board includes an upper portion and a base portion. The upper portion is provided with a slot sized to accept a light fixture and an eyebolt for securing the cabinet to a fixed support. A face board with an opening sized and shaped to receive the dart game board may be assembled with the upper portion. The base portion is provided with a hinged door and with a supporting member extending from the base portion. The cabinet is delivered to a consumer in an unassembled state.

Knockdown cabinet for dart game

A foldable backboard for protecting an area surrounding a dartboard is provided. The backboard includes a pair of generally identically shaped base pieces. Each base piece has a front face, a rear face, is formed of a generally rigid, lightweight material. The base pieces are positioned adjacent to each other. At least one outer layer of flexible material covers the front faces of both of the base pieces and joins the base pieces together along a fold line of the flexible material.
