The invention concerns a temperature-compensated accelerator measurement using two vibrating resonators whereof the frequencies (f, f) are measured, then used for determining () the most probable temperature value (T) based on the sum f+fand on a pre-established correlation () between the temperature and the sum f+fand finally based on the determination () of the amount f&#x2212;fof the weighted temperature value, calculating () the temperature compensated value of the acceleration (&#x3b3;).

Method for temperature-compensated accelerometer measurement, with at least a device comprising two vibrating resonators

The inertial sensor comprises at least one vibrating element having one end connected to a support element and an opposite end connected to a test mass which is hinged to the support element by at least two link elements and which includes a cavity in which the vibrating element and a portion of the support element adjacent to the vibrating element are received. The link elements are housed in the cavity surrounding a portion of the support element to which the link elements are connected.

Compact inertial sensor

The acceleration detection sensor comprises a plate in which there are defined a support portion, at least one vibrating element carried by the support portion and sensitive to the movements to which the sensor is subjected, and at least one additional portion connected to the vibrating element and active in detecting acceleration, the sensor including a temperature probe comprising a conductive track which is fixed on at least the additional active portion and which is of resistance that varies as a function of ambient temperature.
