A component retainer, wherein the retainer comprises an annular-shaped body defining a central aperture, and a plurality of engagement tabs extending substantially orthogonally from the annular-shaped body. Each engagement tab comprises an engagement tab body and a retaining tooth integrally formed with the engagement tab body and extending radially inward toward a center of the central aperture.

In a vehicle having an electric motor prime mover, the first sensor is a limit switch electrically connected to the control circuit, and the second sensor is a variable resistor. In a vehicle having an internal combustion engine prime mover, the first sensor is a limit switch operable to control a starter motor, and the second sensor is a limit switch operable to control a spark plug ignition.

Modular pedal assembly for vehicles

A dash assembly for a vehicle having a vehicle body defining an access opening includes a dashboard configured to extend across and generally obstruct the access opening. The dashboard includes a mounting tab configured to engage a portion of the vehicle body adjacent to the access opening. The dash assembly also includes a retainer having an elongated body configured to connect to the vehicle body. The elongated body extends at least partially about a perimeter of the access opening such that the mounting tab of the dashboard is sandwiched between the retainer and the portion of the vehicle body to secure the dashboard to the vehicle body.

Composite body for a golf car and utility vehicle

An expandable cup holder for a golf cart includes a support member forming a substantially planar top surface for the cup holder. The support member is fastened to a vehicle with the support member top surface oriented substantially horizontal. The top surface forms a top aperture large enough to receive a plurality of cup sizes. A plurality of flexible fingers are spaced apart from each other around the perimeter of the aperture. The fingers extend conically downwardly toward each other below the top surface, to form a slotted, frustum-shaped member that flexibly contacts and frictionally retains a plurality of cup sizes therein. Front and side walls on the support member surround and support the frustum-shaped member. The front wall includes apertures for retaining golf tees.
