A magnetically coupled slider sex toy apparatus. The apparatus includes a shaft having an interior and an elongated screw having first and second ends. The elongated screw is located within the interior of the shaft. The sex toy apparatus also includes a motor for rotating the elongated screw and an inner magnet coupled to the screw. The inner magnet moves longitudinally between the first and second ends of the screw. An outer magnetic ring is positioned over the shaft and is magnetically attracted to the inner magnet. Limits are located on either end of the shaft to send a signal to the elector motor of the position of the magnets. The electric motor is configured to reverse a direction of rotation of the elongated screw upon receipt of a signal from one of the limits which cause the inner magnet and outer magnet ring to move in an opposite direction.

A rodless cylinder rope tensioning apparatus maintains tension in an endless rope operable for threading a web in a paper-making apparatus and includes at least one rodless cylinder having at least one yoke sheave attached to the internal piston in the rodless cylinder. The rope is initially threaded around an entry guide roller and the yoke sheave and spliced, and then stretched by operation of the rodless cylinder, which selectively causes the piston to relocate the yoke sheave along the length of the rodless cylinder and apply a selected degree of tension to the rope. In a preferred embodiment a pair of entry guide rollers is provided in a frame containing a pair of parallel rodless cylinders, each having a yoke sheave independently movable along the rodless cylinder by operation of the rodless cylinder piston, to effect tensioning of a pair of ropes in the paper-making apparatus. Various air-operated control devices are provided to effect initial threading of the rope on the entry guide roller and yoke sheave, as well as the desired &ldquo;run&rdquo;, &ldquo;paper threading&rdquo; and safety operations of the rodless cylinder rope tensioning apparatus.

Rodless cylinder rope tensioning apparatus

A rodless cylinder rope tensioning apparatus maintains tension in an endless rope system operable for threading a web in a paper-making apparatus and includes at least one rodless cylinder having at least one yoke sheave attached to the internal piston in the rodless cylinder. A rope is stretched around an entry guide roller and the yoke sheave and is stretched by operation of the rodless cylinder, which selectively causes the piston to relocate the yoke sheave along the length of the rodless cylinder and apply a selected degree of tension to the rope. In a preferred embodiment a pair of entry guide rollers is provided in a frame containing a pair of parallel rodless cylinders, each having a yoke sheave independently movable along the respective rodless cylinder by operation of the corresponding rodless cylinder piston, to effect tensioning of a pair of ropes in the paper-making apparatus. Various air-operated control devices are provided to effect the desired 'thread' and 'run' operations of the rodless cylinder rope tensioning apparatus.
