A machine control system for use with a machine having a power source and a transmission is disclosed. The machine control system may have a clutch configured to connect an output of the power source with an input of the transmission. The machine control system may also have a sensor configured to generate a signal indicative of a speed of the power source, and a controller in communication with the clutch and the sensor. The controller may be configured to vary an actuating force of the clutch based on the signal.

A linkage assembly that includes a pivot pin cartridge disposed to connect pivotably a lift arm and a lever of the linkage assembly along an axis including the cartridge. The pivot pin cartridge includes a pin, at least one bushing pivotably disposed about at least a portion of the pin, and a pair of sleeve bearing inserts free-floatingly positioned about the pin and within at least a portion of the bushing. The rear tilt lever is coupled to the bushing for rotation about the pin, while at least one of a pair of side plates of the lift arm is coupled to the pivot pin.

Linkage assembly

A cylinder assembly is disclosed. The cylinder assembly may include a cylinder body having an internal cavity therein and a piston and rod assembly disposed for axial movement within the internal cavity of the cylinder body. The piston and rod assembly may have an axial passage extending therein. The cylinder assembly may further include a tubular element received within the axial passage of the piston and rod assembly. At least a portion of the tubular element may extend out of the axial passage and into the internal cavity of the cylinder body between the axial passage and a wall of the cylinder body.

A latch for a link assembly is disclosed. The link assembly has (i) an internally threaded sleeve and (ii) an externally threaded rod positioned within the internally threaded sleeve so that the externally threaded rod is meshingly engaged with the internally threaded sleeve. The latch includes a handle portion operable between a lock mode and an unlock mode, wherein when the handle portion is (i) in the lock mode relative rotation between the internally threaded sleeve and the externally threaded rod is prevented and (ii) in the unlock mode relative rotation between the internally threaded sleeve and the externally threaded rod is allowed. The latch also includes an engagement portion secured to the handle portion. The engagement portion is (i) detached from the link assembly so that the engagement portion can be spaced apart from the link assembly and (ii) configured to engage a segment of the link assembly such that when (1) the handle portion is in the unlock mode and (2) the segment of the link assembly is engaged with the engagement portion, rotation of the handle portion around a longitudinal axis of the link assembly causes relative rotation between the internally threaded sleeve and the externally threaded rod. An associated method of adjusting the length of a link assembly is also disclosed.

Latch for an adjustable link assembly

A pivot pin assembly for mounting a loader bucket to a loader arm of a tractor. The pivot pin assembly includes a cylindrical pin having spaced-apart retaining sleeves which capture a sleeve bearing therebetween. The retaining sleeves engage the bucket bracket assembly and the bearing engages the loader arm assembly. Flanges on one retaining sleeve engage the bucket bracket assembly to restrict axial movement of the pin in one direction. A cover plate, secured to the bucket bracket over the flanges, restricts axial movement of the pin in the other direction. The flanges define two spaced-apart sides which are retained in a channel on the cover plate to prevent rotational movement of the pin with respect to the loader bucket. The pivot pin assembly may be removed by detaching the cover plate and pulling the pin from the bucket bracket assembly and the loader arm assembly.
