A system for identifying and providing for the retrieval of information relating to an individual by a plurality of authorized users comprising: a skin wearable, waterproof, non-transferable frangible individual identification device comprising an adhesive and an ink arranged on a substrate to provide a physiologically perceptible, humanly understandable information related to said individual, and a machine-readable two-dimensional code, wherein said code can be scanned for identification, interaction, information exchange, and instructions and further comprising an electronic device with the ability to send, receive, and store information; wherein once applied to skin of the individual said identification device is not removable in one piece rendering the identification device inoperable within said system once removed from skin; wherein the ink, substrate, and adhesive are biocompatible; a plurality of receivers; a computer interface device receiving information from said individual identification device and from said receivers respecting the individual identified by said individual identification device; a computer system coupled to said computer interface device, said computer system including a memory with an algorithm for processing information collected by said computer system; and a separate set of receivers and a separate service rendering system, each output information from their respective receivers to a common database, the contents of said common database being coupled to a computing device which communicates information to and from a central server. The identification device is encoded with machine-readable identification information and/or other information and may comprise optionally a Noncontact communication device such as RFID or Bluetooth circuit. A plurality of reader devices and said individual identification device provide information respecting the individual or thing identified by the inventive system.

A collapsible exercise walking device for semi-trucks for providing an exercise device which may be hidden in the sleeping compartment of a semi-truck. The collapsible exercise walking device for semi-trucks includes a treadmill assembly. The treadmill assembly has a pair of opposite ends. The treadmill assembly is adapted for a person walking in place thereon. The treadmill assembly has a handle member rotatably coupled thereto such that the handle member may be selectively moved to a collapsed position. A rail assembly slidably moves the treadmill assembly. The rail assembly comprises a pair of elongate brackets. Each of the brackets is spaced and oriented generally parallel to each other. Each of the brackets is removably coupled to a floor of the sleeping cabin. Each of the brackets has a rail member thereon. The rail members generally face each other. A plurality of wheels is each coupled to one of the ends of the treadmill assembly. The wheels are adapted to roll along the rail members such that the treadmill assembly may be moved between opposite ends of the elongate brackets.

An automotive vehicle access preventive device for use with a vehicle having a door closable against a door frame, includes a hook member adapted to engage a post on the inner surface of the door frame, and an outer module adapted to abut against an outer surface of the door. A strap is attached between the hook member and the outer module and is adapted to lie in a space between the door and the door frame. A locking bar, used in a four-door vehicle for example, includes a hook end for engaging with a rear wheel skirt of the vehicle and an opposite end connectable with the outer module. The outer module includes a roller rotatably mounted therein, with one end of the strap attached to the roller and wound thereabout, and a spring rotationally biasing the roller to wind the strap such that the strap can be tightened between the outer module and the hook member, and a restraining assembly for releasably restraining the roller to prevent loosening of the strap. The restraining assembly includes a plurality of ratchet teeth mounted for rotation with the roller, a pawl for engaging the ratchet teeth to restrain movement of the roller, a coil spring biasing the pawl into engagement with the ratchet teeth, and a slidable release device for releasing the pawl from the engagement with the ratchet teeth against the force of the spring to permit unwinding of the strap from the roller. With a locking bar installed in place, the front and rear doors cannot be opened.

A media disk storage container includes a lid and a base connected by a hinge, both the lid and the base having inner and outer surfaces for receiving separate sheets of printed paperboard. The outer surfaces of the lid and base are recessed to protect the paperboard sheets adhered thereto from being damaged by contact with other surfaces. The base includes a recessed spine for receiving an extension of the paperboard sheet which covers the outer surface of the base, so that identifying printed matter can be displayed on the spine. Likewise, the lid includes a recessed section along its upper sidewall for receiving an extension of the printed paperboard sheet which covers the outer surface of the lid.

A package structure for a recording medium or other items is composed of a plastic support frame and a laminated flexible body. The package structure consists of a molded plastic frame having two sections forming the lid and the base of the package, separated by a hinge which allows the lid and base sections to fold together to close the package. In a preferred embodiment, the package body is formed of a folded paperboard blank. The plastic frame is slotted at opposite ends to allow the paperboard blank to extend through the frame from outside to inside. The blank is folded at the slots, and is folded onto itself to form the surfaces of the package. The frame is formed with recesses adapted to receive the body surfaces to protect the surfaces and the edges of the outer body surfaces. The portions of the body which respectively form the inner and outer surfaces of the lid, and the inner and outer surfaces of the base are secured together and/or to the corresponding frame section. A portion of the body overlies, but is not secured to the frame hinge so that the two move separately when the package opens and closes.

A travel case includes a base portion that defines a first compartment with organizer structure therein, and support structure for securing the travel case on a support bar or the like, the organizer structure having a plurality of chambers for receiving toiletry components of diverse shapes and sizes in frictionally secured relation. The case also has a cover portion that defines a second compartment with releasable strap structure for securing a shaving system that includes a razor handle and a storage member that carries a plurality of razor cartridges against the inner surface of the top wall of the cover. Hinge structure that connects the rear wall of the base portion and the rear wall of the cover portion allows convenient accessibility to the razor and toiletry components when the case is open, and closure structure holds corresponding surfaces of the base and cover portions in juxtaposed relation when the case is closed.

A modular binder ring is disclosed having a disk shaped central portion, an aperture formed substantially in the center of the central portion, and an annular outer rim formed on the periphery of the central portion. The outer rim includes an arcuately shaped outer surface configured as an outer segment of a circle, and has an axial width greater than the axial width of a central portion. Further, there is disclosed a loose leaf modular binder system comprising at least two modular binder rings, with a spine rod extending through the aligned apertures, capable of binding a plurality of loose leaf paper sheets of different lengths and widths. The paper sheets have die cut perforations on one edge sized to fit about the outer rim of the binder rings. The spine rod enables the bound pages to be removably suspended from a storage rack. In another embodiment, the pages are bound to the binder rings without the spine rod extended through the apertures.
