Immunomodulating urea azalides

The present invention provides cyclic depsipeptides of Formula (1), stereoisomers thereof, and veterinary acceptable salts thereof wherein each of R, R, R, R, L, and L, are as defined herein. The present invention also contemplates compositions and methods of treatment as an endoparasiticide with a Formula (1) compound.

Endoparasitic depsipeptides

The present invention provides cyclic depsipeptides of Formula (1), stereoisomers thereof, and veterinary acceptable salts thereof wherein each of R, R, R, R, L, and Lare as defined herein. The present invention also contemplates compositions, methods of treatment, and uses as a medicament to treat an animal for an endoparasitic infection with a Formula (1) compound.

Defined herein are immunomodulating Formula (1) compounds wherein R, R, R, R, Rand W are as defined herein, stereoisomers thereof, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; and compositions comprising said compounds. The invention also includes methods for treating an inflammatory and/or immunological disease or disorder in an animal by administering a therapeutically effective amount of a Formula (1) compound, stereoisomer thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; or use of said compound of Formula (1) to prepare a medicament for treating an inflammatory and/or immunological disease or disorder in an animal.
