The adjustment structure of fitness equipment includes a holding component, having a mounting portion, and an assembly hole; an adjusting component, assembled on the mounting portion, and the adjusting component includes an adjusting plate, an adjusting protrusion and a spring; wherein the adjusting plate includes an assembly groove, the adjusting protrusion is movably embedded in the assembly groove, and two ends of the spring elastically against the bottom end of the adjusting protrusion and the bottom surface of the assembly groove respectively; and a movable fastener, including a shank and a head; wherein one end of the shank is connected to the head and the other end is used to movable insert into the assembly hole and the perforation; wherein the shank includes a plurality of serrated notch on outer surface, and the serrated notch corresponds to the incline portion.

Adjustment structure of fitness equipment

A dumbbell and barbell supporting system is disclosed. A first embodiment includes a main support, two support members, and placement bases; when the placement bases located in the same support member are moved away from each other, two ends of the dumbbell are mounted in the placement bases to combine with weight element group; when the placement bases located in the same support member are moved close to each other, one weight element group is combined with another weight element group to convert a dumbbell to a barbell. In a second embodiment, the placement bases located in the same support member are connected by connection assembly; before the conversion to the barbell, the dumbbell, the connection assembly and the placement base are taken away from the support member to combine with the weight element group, so that the barbell can be put in placement slots.

A weight member and the use in barbell and dumbbell devices are provided, wherein the weight member has a first side and a second side opposite to each other, and a split groove through the first side and the second side. A first mortise and a first tenon are arranged on the first side, and a second mortise and a second tenon are arranged on the second side. The first mortise and the second tenon are arranged in opposite direction correspondingly, and the first mortise and the second tenon are opposite to each other and arranged correspondingly. When the weight members are assembled together, the first mortise and the first tenon of one weight member is sliding interlocked with the second tenon and the second mortise of another weight member respectively.

An adjustable dumbbell device includes a dumbbell having two weight ring supported on a receptacle, a handle having two end housings to be coupled to the weight rings, two weight members engageable into the housing, two spring biased catches engaged in the weight member, two arms coupled to the spring biased catches for moving the spring biased catches into and out of the weight members, a carrier slidably engaged in the receptacle and having a pole and a stud of different height for engaging with the arms and for actuating the arms to disengage the spring biased catches from the weight members, and an actuator moves the carrier relative to the receptacle to control an engagement of the pole and the stud with the arms.

An adjustable dumbbell device includes one or more weight members and one or more weight elements each having two side panels to form a chamber, and an opening formed in each of the panels, two housings detachably engaged in the weight member and the weight element, two catches slidably engaged in each of the housings and engageable with the openings of the panels for anchoring the housings to the weight member and the weight element selectively, two followers are rotatably engaged in each of the housings and each include a gear engaged with the catches for moving the catches to engage with the panels and to anchor the housings to the weight member and the weight element respectively.

An adjustable dumbbell device includes two weights engageable to a receptacle, and a handle mechanism includes a handle bar having two end housings, two tubular members are engaged between the housings and offset from each other and each include a bore for slidably receiving and engaging with a latch, the latches are extendible out of the tubular members for engaging with the weights and for retaining the weights to the housings, and two spring biased knobs are attached to the latches for actuating the latches to engage with the weights respectively. The tubular members each include a groove communicating with the bore of the tubular member for slidably engaging with the spring biased knob.

The present disclosure relates to a method for the direct detection of pathogen in a sample using unmodified metallic nanoparticles, such as gold nanoparticles. The method may employ colorimetric detection. The combination of unmodified metallic nanoparticles and colorimetric detection provides a method that is simple, rapid, and economical compared to prior art methods that require modified nanoparticles or expensive detection equipment. The method does not require labeling of the target pathogen and is capable of detecting a broad spectrum of pathogens.
