A nebulizer which has an insertable container and a counter device for counting operations of the nebulizer, and is opened for replacing the container. A securing device having locking portions which are forced apart is provided to prevent reconnection of an already used container. The nebulizer has an indicator for showing the current container number and/or symbols indicating the need container replacement. The indicator is driven by the force of an internal spring. The indicator member also controls a lock of the container for locking the container against further actuation. The lock is reset after container replacement.

Nebulizer

An apparatus for dispensing a flowable substance (e.g., a fluid) has a first housing with an indicating apparatus and a pour chamber. The indicating apparatus may have an indicating chamber with an indicating inlet for receiving fluid. The indicating apparatus also has indicia identifying amounts of fluid flowing through the pour chamber. The pour chamber has a pour inlet for receiving fluid, and an outlet in fluid communication with the pour inlet. To provide a definite separation, the first housing additionally has a wall between the indicating chamber and the pour chamber.

Apparatus and method of dispensing fluid

The new invention allows for easy retrieval of fall backs and eases the initial threading process upon initial opening/use of the package. Threading is done without removing the cap. Several of the embodiments allow refills to be inserted into the canister without removing the lid/cap. The layout of the dispensing system and the geometry and shape of the dispensing orifice/aperture minimize and mitigate product fall backs. The new invention improves performance of the orifices/apertures through unique geometry and shape as well as using different materials from existing products or the combination of multiple materials. Varying orifice diameter, co-molded density and stiffness or geometry of the actual lobes defining the dispensing aperture allows the precise amount of friction to be created in the dispensing opening for selectively grabbing or releasing the towelette, thereby tearing the towelette connecting perforations at just the right time.

A bottle assembly is provided. The bottle has inner and outer bodies that are selectively engageable and form a space therebetween for insulation by air. The inner and outer bottles can be selectively secured by a deformable collar. The bottle assembly may have a vented nipple that promotes latch-on to an areola region of the nipple.

In one embodiment of the invention, the tip has a conical portion. Four connection tabs are orthogonally and evenly spaced on the outer circumference of the conical portion. The tip has a flange surrounding an outer circumference of the conical portion and parallel to the connection tabs. Between the connection tabs and the flange is a gap. The connection tabs and gap have a size such that they securely connect the tip of the acoustic reflectometer. The tip also may have a set of handling tabs connected between the flange and the conical section which simplify attachment of the tip to and removal of the tip from the acoustic reflectometer. The inner diameter of the tip has a shape that provides a matching acoustic impedance to the ear canal.
