The method includes providing a GUI including a search input field and a subscriber identifier selection field, and receiving a user selection of an IMEI identifier type and a query input of an IMEI number. Based on the user selection of the IMEI identifier type, the method includes querying an EEIR using the IMEI number. In response to querying the EEIR, the method includes receiving a first set of subscriber information associated with the subscriber including an MSISDN number. In response to receiving the MSISDN number, the method includes querying a first additional system using the MSISDN number, receiving, from the first additional system, a second set of subscriber information associated with the subscriber, and populating one or more fields of the GUI with the first and second set of subscriber information.

Systems and methods for improved network services management

A method for managing network services for a cellular network provider including GUI including a search input field and a subscriber identifier selection field. The method includes receiving a user selection of an ICCID identifier type via the subscriber identifier selection field and a query input of an ICCID number associated with a subscriber. Based on the user selection of the ICCID identifier type, the method includes querying a switch control using the ICCID number received. In response, the method includes receiving a first set of subscriber information including an IMSI number associated with the subscriber. In response, the method includes querying a first additional system using the IMSI number and receiving, from the first additional system, a second set of subscriber information associated with the subscriber. The method includes populating one or more fields of the GUI with the first and second set of subscriber information.

A method for managing network services for a cellular network provider. The method includes receiving, via a GUI, a query input of an MSISDN number associated with a subscriber and querying a first external system using the MSISDN. In response to the query of the first external system, the method includes receiving a first set of subscriber information. The method includes querying a second external system using the MSISDN number to determine an IMSI number associated with the subscriber, and querying a third external system using the IMSI number. In response to the query of the third external system with the IMSI number, the method includes receiving a second set of subscriber information and populating one or more fields of the GUI with the first and second set of subscriber information.

A computer-implemented method for managing network services for a cellular network provider comprising providing at least one search input field and a subscriber identifier selection field and receiving a user selection of an IMSI identifier type and a query input of an IMSI number. Based on the user selection of the IMSI identifier type, querying a PGW using the IMSI number. In response to querying the PGW, receiving a first set of subscriber information associated with the subscriber including an MSISDN number associated with the subscriber. In response to querying the at least one additional system using the MSISDN number, receiving a second set of subscriber information associated with the subscriber, and populating one or more fields of a GUI with the first and second set of subscriber information.

A computer-implemented method for providing customer registration information for a customer in a cellular network. The method comprises receiving a request for customer registration information from a requesting entity. The method includes providing login credentials associated with the requesting entity to a control node, and querying the control node for customer registration information. The method includes receiving customer registration information in response to the query and parsing the received customer registration information. The method includes converting the received customer registration information to an API response and transmitting the converted customer registration information to the requesting entity.
