A network state tracking system tracks the state of a network and recommends an action when the state of the network changes. The network state tracking system detects one or more nodes on the network and generates one or more snapshots of the network. The snapshots are generated by obtaining first and second status data from the nodes and detecting whether a change in the network has occurred based on the status data. The snapshots are generated based on the first and second status data when a change in the network is detected. The snapshots are then used to train a machine learning model to recommend an action to take when a change in the network occurs.

Systems and methods for automated network state and network inventory tracking

Techniques described herein provide pooling of radio access network (RAN) resources in a disaggregated RAN in a manner that enables dynamic re-homing of RAN functions with minimal disruption to stateful communications. The RAN is a hierarchical arrangement of RAN units, each having an associated state at any given time. A RAN state pooling system (RSPS) is in communication with a pool of the RAN units via a high-speed communication channel. The RSPS is configured to maintain an updated repository of the state information for the RAN units in its serviced pool. In the event of re-homing from a first RAN unit to a second RAN unit in the pool (e.g., due to the first RAN unit failing, becoming overloaded, etc.), the RSPS provides the second RAN unit with the updated state information for the first RAN unit to facilitate a stateful re-homing.

Embodiments are directed towards facilitating intelligent mobility including session and handover management within communications networks. Handovers for user devices in a network are predicted, current and predicted status data of the network are obtained, and a tradeoff between a cost for pre-allocation of resources prior to predicted handovers and a gain in quality of service is analyzed based on the current and predicted status data to cause resource pre-allocation in the network.

Intelligent mobility in communication networks

Various systems and methods for cellular network slice management are presented. An application may be determined to be authorized to manage a cellular network slice utilized by the application for communication with user equipment. A request can be received from the application to modify the cellular network slice from the application. In response to the request, a parameter of the cellular network slice may be modified. The cellular network can then use the modified slice for communication with user equipment for the cloud-based application.

Various arrangements for performing intelligent cellular channel management are presented herein. A physical cellular communication channel may be established between a user equipment (UE) and a cellular network for sending a short message service (SMS) message in response to a cellular service request from the UE. One or more characteristics of the UE, the SMS message, or both may be analyzed. A duration of time for which the physical cellular communication channel is to be kept active may be based on the analyzed one or more characteristics. A channel maintenance instruction may be transmitted to keep the physical cellular communication channel active based on a cellular network messaging controller determining to adjust the duration of time for which the physical cellular communication channel is kept active.

Systems and methods are disclosed that seamlessly integrates orchestration and CI/CD without requiring duplication of any of the tasks. This method allows creation of test slices as well as operator specific policy control and implementation to implement dynamic test and deployment options that allows different containerized network functions (CNFs) versions to be used for different slices.

Various systems and methods for cellular network slice management are presented. A cloud-based application may be determined to be authorized to manage a cellular network slice utilized by the cloud-based application for communication with user equipment. Embodiments relate to allocating resources of computing devices for providing information service in a network. The computing devices may be hierarchically structured and may include, for instance, cloud servers, telecommunication servers, edge edges, gateways, and client devices. A system environment may include a hierarchical orchestrator coordinating with one or more local orchestrators to allocate service components (for example, a discrete functional software or hardware component) to computing devices. The orchestrators can automatically reallocate resources responsive to detecting update events such as a change in traffic or payload on the network.

Dynamic allocation of service components of information service in hierarchical telecommunication architecture

A gatekeeper device delegates an ability to access a resource to an access device by transmitting metadata, which includes access information for accessing the resource. The access device uses the metadata to retrieve the associated resource from a resource server. By transmitting the metadata in lieu of the resource, flexible use of the resources is implemented while enabling compliance with various restriction schemes. The system may condition the delegation or transfer of resource access on one or more factors, such as proximity between the gatekeeper device and the access devices. Using information about an access device, the resource server may optimize the resources for the receiving access device.
