An apparatus designed to be mounted on a surface of a watercraft and including a line guard adapted to provide protection against damage to the painted surface and cosmetic trim of the watercraft from lines, such as one used for anchoring. The apparatus is designed in one embodiment to accept a line-holding member such as a cleat, clamp or the like.

A playset system for toy vehicles, preferably wheeled toy vehicles, the playset system having multiple levels including a base level, having one or more and preferably two or more base segments that are interconnectable; and a roadway level having one or more and preferably two or more segments that are interconnectable, wherein the roadway level is located on an upper surface of the base level. In a preferred embodiment, the playset system is specifically designed and scaled to accommodate die cast vehicles, preferably 1:64 scale die cast vehicles that are known in the art. The playset in preferred embodiments utilizes magnetic fields to operatively connect the components of the base level to components of the roadway level.

Playset system for toy vehicles

A protective helmet made from a resilient shell. The shell has a plurality of slits. Each slit has a first end located at a lower edge of the shell and has an adjustable width effective for adjusting the size of the shell. The helmet also has an energy absorbing liner disposed inside the shell. The shell is very stiff to effectively distribute an impact force.

A Christmas tree stand which comprises a receptacle and a two-piece base is provided. The receptacle is placed over the trunk of a tree and a clamping assembly is used to secure the tree within the receptacle. The receptacle is then inserted into a top portion of the base. The top portion of the base is moveable with respect to a bottom portion of the base. A movement assembly is provided which enables one person to easily move the top portion with respect to the bottom portion. Additionally, the top portion of the base includes a cavity for holding water.

Tree stand

A garden watering tool comprising a hose reel and integral nozzle is disclosed. The reel is provided with a short length of hose which is connected to the nozzle and a long length of hose which is contained upon a reel and can easily be pulled out and reeled in. The long length of hose is to be connected to a faucet and the tool carried to the location of use.
